I had spent weeks working with all the Kia dealerships and Hyundai dealerships in the valley and in northern AZ. Trying to find who would be willing to give me the best price and provide the best experience. This was the only dealership that was not trying to scam me out of a market adjustment of thousands of dollars. They were not trying to undercut any other offers because they had the best offer from the get go. I told Brian Curci over the phone that I was serious, how soon I wanted to buy and what I needed to be under and I received a pricing offer that was under the price I wanted to pay. After dealing with him from the first phone call me and my husband knew we wanted to buy a car from him. I wasn’t lied to nor did he try to up-sell me on anything. We also worked with Shane Simonelli and when we got to the dealership he made sure we knew all the ins-and outs of the car from top to bottom. He even gave me a follow up phone call today to see how everything was going and that I can contact him with any questions going forward which is very helpful. The dealership honored their original price quote and that’s what I paid out the door. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Brian and Shane for understanding how to treat a customer!!! More

Professional and accommodating experience Veda was an excellent salesperson with whom to work. She understood and applied no pressure to make a purchase. Over the intervening months she contacted me occasionally to let me know that she was available whenever I needed her. Again, no pressure. She even notified me when the dealership had my color preference coming into the dealership. Unlike experiences I had at other dealerships, Veda and the Chapman Bell Road team were great in accommodating my schedule to purchase, or not to purchase. No pressure.
