Yes me and Nathan are extremely satisfied with our car, the price , and both sales professionals. We completed our purchase with Paulo Pena. I took my Elantra in for an oil change and tire rotation. In all my years of owning a car (which is well over 30 years), this is the first dealership that really does provide A+ customer service. Even thou In all my years of owning a car (which is well over 30 years), this is the first dealership that really does provide A+ customer service. Even though it was only an oil change and tire rotation, Jaime made me feel as if I was as important as any other customer that walks through their doors. They did provide a free car wash, which isn't unusual with dealerships nowadays, but they actually wiped down the inside of my car as well. I know I've only had my new Elantra for 6 months, but so far I'm very impressed with their service department. Thank you for a great experience. More
I bought my Hyundai in 2001 and have had very little trouble with it. Jaime Hayna is the service consultant I work with and she is always very friendly and competent. I was in to the service dept last Friday and while I was sitting and waiting for my car, I was talking with 2 other women. They both had expressed that the only reason they have their cars serviced there is because of Jaime. I told them she was the reason I get my car serviced there also, even though the dealership on Camelback is right down from my work. I wouldn't change for the world. I had my drivers side light put in last Friday and on Sunday realized even though the light had been installed, my blinker and parking light beside it did not now work. I gave Jaime a call and she worked me in as soon as I had time available from work. She apologized and said they would take care of it quickly, which they did today. I will be considering a new car this year, most likely another Hyundai and will make sure it is Jaime I go to. I know you are proud to have such a good representative for your company. I've been stopping in the past few weeks with questions on my genesis sedan. I've had over 30 cars in my lifetime and a masters in physics. This service visit was as painless as all previous visits. The employees are courteous, competent, and anxious to please. Mr. Pena was a very professional and helpful salesman in negotiating the sale of a much better, more wanted vehicle and worked very hard to make the experience as comfortable and quick as possible. I feel he went out of his way to make us happy (highly recommended), Mr. Lenocker was very knowledgeable and helpful with my service. He kept me up to date as far as progress of my vehicle and kept me posted as soon as there was a change. Again highly recommended. DeeAnn body shop (great). She showed me things not covered by warranty that should be addressed and gave me a quick, fare estimate and even tried to fix one of the real bad scratches while I waited. All three were very kind and professional to me when I filled out a very confusing survey that may have hurt them thru Chapman and asked me to contact them anytime I had a problem. Danny Kisling More

I brought my Sonata in for recall of stoplight switch. They claimed to have inspected my car and told me that I needed my rear brakes replaced because the pads were less than 3mm remaining. They also wanted to replace the transmission fluid, coolant and power steering fluid at a cost of $250 for brakes and total cost of approx. $800. A couple of weeks later, I went to a local chain specializing in brakes and they quoted a price of better than $100 less. Much to my surprise after spending about an hour of their and my time, they took me over to my car and showed me that my rear brakes had better than 5mm of pad left and I DID NOT NEED ANY BRAKE SERVICE AT ALL! For this inspection they charged $0. Nothing! Needless to say Hyundai did not offer to show me the worn pads. (most likely because they did not exist). This only leaves the two explanations: Their service dept. is grossly incompetent, and/or they are dishonest and looking to generate income with false warnings about dangerous brake issues. My guess is both. More
