Excellent overall experience. Just had an oil and filter change, battery replacement, and inspection. I didn't know that Carl Arrington was back in the Honda service department. I found him very helpful in the past. He let me know about future service required and discussed the options of when I needed to service department. I found him very helpful in the past. Chapman Honda has the best service department in Tucson. I have always had great service and everyone goes out of their way to ensure I know what is going on with my car and what is needed to fix it - I nev I have always had great service and everyone goes out of their way to ensure I know what is going on with my car and what is needed to fix it - I never feel any pressure to "do" something just so someone gets a commission. Chris is always a pleasure to work with and remembers me and what has been going on with the car maintenance each time I come in. Dave is also great and makes riding the shuttle enjoyable and easy. We are now a Honda family because of the great service we get at Chapman! More

The costumer service department has taken care of me for the past ten years. Mr. Polanski has a good group of men working for him. I think the cost for the window repair was a little pricey and feel like I could have gotten a better deal if I had taken it somewhere else. I did spend $400+ and you had my car from Sat to Mon aftern pricey and feel like I could have gotten a better deal if I had taken it somewhere else. I did spend $400+ and you had my car from Sat to Mon afternoon (it was my choice to leave it that long), a free car wash would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, the service was good. More
Dale was most helpful. I made an appointment the day before to bring my wife's car in first thing the next morning. Dale attended to me right away on both occasions. He telephoned me in a timely manner to inform me of the bad power steering pump and told me it would be replaced under warranty. He then proceeded to have the damaged window tinting addressed. I have worked with Carl for many years and am continually impressed with him. He knows me by name and shows me that I am a valued customer of his. He goes out of his way to make sure the work done on my car is done perfectly and that I understand all that was completed. Before handing the car back to me, Carl goes out to it to make sure it is in good condition (ie. all the paper is off the floor and dash board.) I go to Honda to get my car serviced because I believe they do good work; however, I absolutely stay at Honda because of the care and service given to me by Carl Arrington. I brag about him to all my friends, and they wish they had Hondas so they could get their car serviced through Carl. He is a gem! Thank you, Kim Suba More
