The service representatives, including Dale Schulzkump and Chris Graves, are always terrific to work with! I was disappointed and felt neglected, when Jerry Polansky, the Service Manager, stayed in his office and sat at his desk after asking Dale to fill him in on my desire to prepay this large repair, for which I had a cashier's check from my bank and wanted to pay with secure funds in this way. Since my request was a bit unusual, it took some time for Dale and Jerry to figure out how to appropriately process this payment in order to provide me with a receipt. I was happy to wait and quietly read a newspaper at Dale's desk and made a few business calls on my cell phone while he completed the transaction after informing Jerry what was going on. All very appropriate. However, I felt insulted and neglected that, at NO time, did Jerry emerge from his office (or invite me in) to greet me by name, thank me for my several years of steady business, or reassure me that the payment could and would be handled correctly. In fact, even when he did finally emerge from his office, he walked right past me without any acknowledgement whatsoever. More
I brought my car in for it's scheduled lube and oil service. First of all, I received an e-mail reminder of the scheduled service, which was great then upon my arrival to Chapman's my vehicle was taken service. The Service Representative was friendly and good at his job, but I didn't get his name! I wish he would have given me a business card, so that I could put a name to the face. Business cards would be a useful reference tool. The only other negative aspect of my experience at Chapman's was that I had to pay out of pocket for an air filter, when I thought my bumper to bumper warranty covered such items! Bummer! Next time I'd like to be advised of what I might have to pay for ahead of time before the repair is made so I won't have any surprises at the end like I did this last time. Overall everything was good, except of not being told of parts that were needed and that they were going to be out of pocket cost! That's still stinging! Mike Aguilar More

I called for a scheduled service and it was very friendly and quick. Angel was prompt to answer my questions and scheduled a time that fit my schedule. Excellent overall experience. Just had an oil and filter change, battery replacement, and inspection. I asked for a tire rotation, but the staff said my tires were evenly worn, so no need for the rotation. change, battery replacement, and inspection. I didn't know that Carl Arrington was back in the Honda service department. I found him very helpful in the past. He let me know about future service required and discussed the options of when I needed to service department. I found him very helpful in the past. Chapman Honda has the best service department in Tucson. I have always had great service and everyone goes out of their way to ensure I know what is going on with my car and what is needed to fix it - I nev I have always had great service and everyone goes out of their way to ensure I know what is going on with my car and what is needed to fix it - I never feel any pressure to "do" something just so someone gets a commission. Chris is always a pleasure to work with and remembers me and what has been going on with the car maintenance each time I come in. Dave is also great and makes riding the shuttle enjoyable and easy. We are now a Honda family because of the great service we get at Chapman! More
