Maria was the sales rep who sold me the car 7 months ago and everytime I'm in there she has continued to be friendly and help me around the dealership--something very rare with sales people. The person who attended me in the service department was great, too. I had dealt with someone very unpleasent before but this guy is attentive and quick. Customers don't ask for much--at least I don't--just for service agents to not be rude and this guy was great, I don't remember his name though. More
Chapman Honda is always clean and professional. I had one bad experience and it was with a new employee. That was an exception! In addition to the standard oil change service, the mechanics did a thorough maintenance check and found several items that need repair. I continue to be very satisfied with the prompt and direct service I receive from the Service Department at Chapman Honda. Dale is very responsive to my concerns and questions. I always call Angel set up my maintenence for my Honda with him but I can say everyone in that office is great. Without hesitation they are willing to accomodate me with whatever I need. They go As far as get me right back to my work when I drop off my car off to them even if the shuttle is gone. Someone there gladly drives me themselves to my job. Angel has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the work they perform on my vehicle. More

For the most part my experience with Chapman has been great and it certainly was great in all ways for my service visit yesterday. The reason I rated the work as "good" instead of "great" stems from my great and it certainly was great in all ways for my service visit yesterday. The reason I rated the work as "good" instead of "great" stems from my previous visit when brake pads were replaced and brakes worked on. Since that visit on Sept 2, 2010, my brakes have squealed and squeaked a lot over the four months since then. This time Angel made a point of telling the workers to be really thorough on the brakes and so far I haven't heard a squeak whereas on Sept 2 I heard squeaking driving home from service! The brakes seemed to work fine, but the squeaking before yesterday was so bad a woman in a store parking lot last week commented about her concern for my safety! So, until I see for sure that the nerve-racking squeaking/squealing is gone, I feel I can only rate the work as good. Angel did try to make amends, however, by giving me some generous discounts where he could, and that definitely helped ameliorate the situation. I have been a loyal customer since buying my Honda Odyssey from Beaudry, now Chapman, eight years ago. For the most part I have been satisfied with service there. More
I love my Honda CRV!!! And the people in the service department have been awesome each time I visit. They accommodate my budget graciously and recommend options that aren't as costly or recommend when s department have been awesome each time I visit. I am not sure what you are asking. So, I will say the following: I came into the Honda Service Department because the tire air pressure light was on and I wanted the door lock system changed. The lock system was easy to change but, it turned out, I had a nail in my front right tire that could not be fixed. So I had to buy a new tire costing approximately $270.+. Service (Chris) kept me up to date on what was taking longer than I expected. I have bought my last three cars at Honda and expect the Service to be top-notch. So far, so good! More
The service representatives, including Dale Schulzkump and Chris Graves, are always terrific to work with! I was disappointed and felt neglected, when Jerry Polansky, the Service Manager, stayed in his office and sat at his desk after asking Dale to fill him in on my desire to prepay this large repair, for which I had a cashier's check from my bank and wanted to pay with secure funds in this way. Since my request was a bit unusual, it took some time for Dale and Jerry to figure out how to appropriately process this payment in order to provide me with a receipt. I was happy to wait and quietly read a newspaper at Dale's desk and made a few business calls on my cell phone while he completed the transaction after informing Jerry what was going on. All very appropriate. However, I felt insulted and neglected that, at NO time, did Jerry emerge from his office (or invite me in) to greet me by name, thank me for my several years of steady business, or reassure me that the payment could and would be handled correctly. In fact, even when he did finally emerge from his office, he walked right past me without any acknowledgement whatsoever. More
