Very prompt, friendly service! :) I appreciate being able to just pop in during the week, without an appointment. They get me in and out in about an hour. Really not Chapmans fault but had to pay out for brake repair which I got back but had to come up with at time of visit. No big deal but Dobbs gave me a couple free car washes when I went to them at firs repair which I got back but had to come up with at time of visit. No big deal but Dobbs gave me a couple free car washes when I went to them at first. I choose Chapman because they are closer and offer shuttle service which Dobbs does not and I live in Rita Ranch. everyone in the service dept at chapman honda has always been very nice to deal with and I am always comfortable with them. they offer extra service but are never pushy about it and because of that I am alw been very nice to deal with and I am always comfortable with them. they offer extra service but are never pushy about it and because of that I am always happy to return when I need work done to my vehicle. They are quick with the work but do an excellent job, and always treat me kindly and with respect. they are unlike most other dealer service departments with their genuine good treatment and honesty with their customers. I've found Chapman Honda to be honest, professional, competent. Though I only brought my car in for an oil change this time, the servicemen also answered my question: did I need new tires? They said that I still had enough tread---I like Chapman because I can trust them and I am grateful for that. The main reason why I bring my vehicle to Chapman Honda is because of the trust that has been built up in me, originally by Chris, starting in 2006 when I purchased my Honda, brand new, at Chapman. I must tell you that Chris is an excellent assest to the Chapman service department. He has great customer service skills and understands people when giving information about ones vehicle. He can give individuals a general explanation of the problem with the vehicle and if needed can break it down so that one can understand in the way that "they" can understand. At the same time he always keeps a smile on his face and doesnt appear to be bothered at one asking too many questions. Chris is very genuine and knowledgeable about his overall job and his customers and should be rewarded for his amazing professionalism. Maria was the sales rep who sold me the car 7 months ago and everytime I'm in there she has continued to be friendly and help me around the dealership--something very rare with sales people. The person who attended me in the service department was great, too. I had dealt with someone very unpleasent before but this guy is attentive and quick. Customers don't ask for much--at least I don't--just for service agents to not be rude and this guy was great, I don't remember his name though. More

In addition to the standard oil change service, the mechanics did a thorough maintenance check and found several items that need repair. I continue to be very satisfied with the prompt and direct service I receive from the Service Department at Chapman Honda. Dale is very responsive to my concerns and questions. I always call Angel set up my maintenence for my Honda with him but I can say everyone in that office is great. Without hesitation they are willing to accomodate me with whatever I need. They go As far as get me right back to my work when I drop off my car off to them even if the shuttle is gone. Someone there gladly drives me themselves to my job.
