Worst dealership I’ve worked with in Tucson I was buying a car for a friend. We settled on a used Honda Civic and I told the salesman we did not want any add ons. Before signing the contract, it turns out there was a $300 charge for nitrogen in the tires and window etching. Seriously, window etching on a 20 year old Honda. The sales manager refused to take the charge off, stating they didn’t have room to discount the car (this was a 20 year old Honda with a KBB value of around $2000) I knew I was overpaying but not having to deal with a private sale is sometimes worth it. I was prepared to write a check to pay for the car (about $5500) but instead we got up and drove across the street to Royal Mini where I purchased a 2011 Toyota Yaris for my friend and wrote a check for $9300. I’ve purchased two Jaguar XJL’s from Royal as well as a Cadillac, a Mini Cooper and a Kia. I’ve always been treated well at Royal so I will not be buying a new vehicle from any Chapman dealership ever. I usually purchase a new vehicle every two years and I will be in the market again in about 6 months. A dealership that tries to force you to buy something you explicitly stated you did not want isn’t a dealership that has your best interest in mind. Avoid this place and shop for elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable dealers in Tucson that will treat you with less contempt. More
Dishonest service advisor I will never ever in this life have my car serviced by this dealership. I bought my car in at Honda Autonation in Florida and my battery went out, to point out this car was serviced here at Chapman Tucson this past summer and my phone number was entered correctly then. He’s calling the old number I had before and so my car just sat there for 4 hours because he told me it needed a battery and he couldn’t test anything out. Yet he’s giving me inspections on everything outside the car. I call and he tells me well you need a battery and I wonder that they don’t have a loaner battery just to check out the starter and alternator? Wth? So I called auto nation they had replaced that battery less than 2 years ago I call Richard back and he says oh I just need the receipt and your car will be ready tomorrow. I get the receipt the next day emailed to me and he calls me and tells me Dan over at autonation said battery was never replaced. LIAR!!!! It clearly says on the official Honda receipt not a piece of paper it was replaced in 2017 and he must’ve didn’t know that I already had the receipt that Dan in Florida just emailed to me. Very shady and I will be writing to corporate at the disrespectful shady treatment I received. As to Richard Soto I am still wondering why you said that Dan over at Auto nation said the battery had never been replaced? Maybe if my name was Soto or Rodriguez you would’ve treated me differently. More

I wanted to look around and find the best deal possible. However, Emillio set the bar far too high! I was impressed with his honesty, his willingness to work with me. He gave us more than we expected. I am usually a very suspicious person, but I found him very trustworthy, nothing in actions, demeanor, or voice told me he was anything but honest. As a woman, I usually find that male salespeople divert their attention to the husband. He did not do that, he showed me the courtesy and respect that he showed my husband even though he did not know who was buying the car. It was a true pleasure doing business with him as well. So we bought the car that day, and did not go anywhere else!! :) :) Thank you Emillio! More
