Being in the car business I don’t put to much credence into bad reviews because I’ve seen that most negative reviews are not 100% honest. This is my honest review of Chapman dodge service. I took my vehicle in for an obvious transmission concern it was diagnosed as leaking cooler lines and I was sold a transmission fluid flush, I paid a deductible for the cooler lines. The next time we drove the car the transmission went. Took it back and was told it was a different repair. Same complaint a few days later but different repair. My warranty company agreed to waive my second deductible if Chapman waived the second diagnosis charge. The service manager Renee refused to see this as a continuation of the first repair and refused to waive the second diagnosis charge(same complaint 3 days later after 1 drive) so I paid 220$ for a transmission fluid change that lasted 50 miles and 2 100$ deductibles. More
My first choice Chapman Dodge .Nice easy transaction! Sidney and Reuben was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Follow up after leased was also great and appreciated. I have to say, working with Liz was just fantastic. I purchase multiple cars a year between business and personal. This was the first purchase through Chapman and I have to tell you that, by far this was purchase multiple cars a year between business and personal. This was the first purchase through Chapman and I have to tell you that, by far this was the least stressful purchase I have made in years. Liz made this experience so easy and it was so nice to deal with someone without that “old school car salesman” approach. When I’m ready for my next car, Liz will be getting the call. I haven't even had service yet, but after speaking to "service" reps at Reedman & Barbera Jeep and being thoroughly discouraged and honestly quite annoyed ( if I could they would get negative starts) I h "service" reps at Reedman & Barbera Jeep and being thoroughly discouraged and honestly quite annoyed ( if I could they would get negative starts) I had to take the time to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Raven the service advisor and Marie in scheduling for taking the time to explain the process and get me setup for service in just 2 days. They were so knowledgeable and pleasant! It made me feel so much more at ease leaving my Jeep in their hands. More

I was in for an inspection and had wonderful service from Raven and the staff. I would highly recommend them for any service to your vehicle.
