The check engine light and gas cap light came on in my vehicle. I went to Chapman Jeep at 8am to have the vehicle checked. I did not have an appointment. Alfredo Vaz in the Service Department immediately had my vehicle pulled into line for evaluation. After the evaluation the repair was made and I was on my way before noon. Alfredo and the team at Chapman are superb and very customer oriented. While there I spoke with sales persons and they were great in assisting me on possible future purchases, too. More
Chapman is a scam. I ordered my Wrangler 392 with them and although Stellantis price protected the order; Chapman backed out on their word and wanted $3,000 more when t I ordered my Wrangler 392 with them and although Stellantis price protected the order; Chapman backed out on their word and wanted $3,000 more when the vehicle showed up 7 months later. They need customer name and addresses to order speciality vehicles that are high in demand and do that using fancy marketing trickery of discounts knowing well that prices increase in an inflationary economy and all discounts are eaten up as they don't pass the price lock to the customers. I was scammed and was so passionately waiting for my Jeep for 7 months only to be conned. Now looking for another dealer with some honorable business ethics to start my wait again. Get it written from them on a legal document if you want to do business with them especially for low production vehicles. The worst part is they did to a customer who waited SEVEN months for their Jeep. More

Ordered a ford maverick over a year ago for their promo 4% under invoice as advertised .Was told i could do a courtesy drop to my local dealership which was over 1300 miles away as I was purchasing from an 4% under invoice as advertised .Was told i could do a courtesy drop to my local dealership which was over 1300 miles away as I was purchasing from another state .That i would have pre pay shipping after the truck was built .Just find a local ford dealer that would do the courtesy drop for $500.This way for d could deliver the truck to my local ford dealership .They failed to mention early in the process that they need the dealer code before the truck was built or i would have to come and get it .I suspect they pulled this to get as many allocations as possible so they could steal peoples orders to sell at a high inflated market adjust of $5,000 to $10,000 over msrp.They told me I could come and get it knowing i wouldn't .I m not going to waste over $2,000 and 24 hours on the road to go a retrieve a truck .that would pointless as it just eras up the 4% under invoice saving .So they stole my ford maverick truck order .They were reported to ford for bad business practices .
