Worst dealership ever. I got an 07 Ford 500 from this place. Test drove great and came back a few days later to purchase. The car would not accelerate with the gas pedal and even accelerated on its own a place. Test drove great and came back a few days later to purchase. Went back to the dealership (with the car cutting off twice on the way) and I was essentially told that they did not have to help me even though it was the same day and the car couldn't even get me home. They even told me the car was fine after employees drove it around. After loudly complaining and attempting to cancel the auto draft they finally decided to try and fix the car. Sad thing is, my wife found the issue on google before the mechanics could figure out the problem (that they claimed didn't exist). Customer service was horrible and when I threatened to call the better business bureau the managers shrugged and laughed. I could not believe the disrespect shown to a customer who just gave the company thousands of dollars. This was my first major car purchase (22 year old recent college grad) and needless to say, it will be my last from this dealership More
Last year my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a problem with the service engine light coming on. After 5 visits to service they finally realized it was a o2 sensor just like my local mechanic had told me from t the service engine light coming on. After 5 visits to service they finally realized it was a o2 sensor just like my local mechanic had told me from the start. Now my engine light is back on again took it to my local mechanic and was told o2 sensor bank one sensor #2 was faulty. Called Chapman and was told they would have to have the Jeep to diagnose it and could not rely on my mechanic. Same as last year when I had to go back and fourth with service about the last sensor. Isn't the codes stored in the computer so they can see what happened, no this isn't good enough. Chapman wants me to drop everything the next time the light comes on so they can see it for them self, same as last year. Why did I buy the extended warranty to get this aggravation from Chapman Service. I wish there was a closer Jeep dealer in my area. More

I had been looking at getting a new car for a while and decided upon the Fusion so I went to CnC. Mike and Jared helped me out as soon as I got out of the car. They weren't pushy over anything and were a decided upon the Fusion so I went to CnC. Mike and Jared helped me out as soon as I got out of the car. When it came time to talk about money they had all the different options to show me what the best way to pay for it would be. I was very happy with the overall experience and have recommended family and friends to CnC. More
I recently bought a 2011 Escape and I love it!! When I enter Chapman I received nothing but the best of care. The people were friendly and VERY helpful. I had sent multiple emails and used their online chat to get information on an SUV I was looking at their online used car web site. The chat person, Lauren Greene, could not answer my questions and, even af get information on an SUV I was looking at their online used car web site. The chat person, Lauren Greene, could not answer my questions and, even after giving her over a week to email me back, did not follow-up with me. I went on to email Janice Benson, their "Director of First Impressions", to advise her of the non reply from Lauren and Janice never replied to that email!! If their first contacts are not responsible enough to get the information to you when you need it, I can't imagine their sales team is much better. I went with another dealership and I would advise you do the same! Obviously, they don't care about their customers to take the time to respond to their questions or issues! More
Went to this dealer with the intent on buying a new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee ...I had previously had a long standing relationship with a different dealer no longer in business . Chapman did absolutely zero to win my business ..They were not responsive on any issue , lacked knowledge , and plain out didn't seem to care at all . If that wasnt enough , they then proceeded to outright insult me with a ridiculously low value on my ultra clean late model trade . I am amazing that just 18 months ago , some of these dealers and auto manufacturers were out of business. I will definitely buy another Jeep ,but will never buy from CC Chapman , and I will discontinue using the service department as well . Dont waste your time shopping at this dealer More
When shopping for a car, I have always entered the dealership with every intention of walking out with the purchase of a car. We arrived at the dealership and was approached by a salesman who never as dealership with every intention of walking out with the purchase of a car. We arrived at the dealership and was approached by a salesman who never asked for our names nor introduced himself who asked us what we were interested in. We told him we were interested in the new Jeep Laredo. He reluctantly took us to the area of the lot where the 3 Jeeps you had in stock were parked and allowed us to take a look. My husband choose the one he was most interested in and requested a price for the automobile. Your salesman then took us back into the showroom and immediately upon walking back in told us he had another customer who just arrived and he would have to turn us over to a different salesperson.(was our business not that important to him?). He passed us on to one of the female sales reps (I believe her name was Vanessa) who did go out of her way to try and help us, but with the limited amount of information that was supplied to her from the first salesman had us starting over again from ground zero giving her the details of what we were looking to purchase/lease, etc. After getting all the necessary information needed to present us with a purchase/lease price, she brought in who presumably was your sales manager (while we sat waiting for approximately 45 minutes) who presented us with a price that was totally outrageous. After we conveyed this to him, he basically told us that was the best he could do and if we weren't interested in making athe deal someone else would be within the next 3 days to purchase the car and therefore we left the dealership without Chapman Ford/Jeep making a sale! I was in an accident on July 5, 2010 in my brand new 2008 Ford Focus. This was a new experience for me and approached the situation blindly. The other drivers insurance company was not very helpful and I was not happy with the way I was treated. From the day I dropped my car off to Ford's Collision Center with Jim Toth, I've had no issues. He's helped me every step of the way and I felt supported when having to deal with the uncooperative insurance company. Even up until recently, when I misplaced the check I received from the insurance company, Jim was calm and helpful and told me not to worry and to "be careful driving to work." I was extremely thrilled with his service and it gave me another reason to appreciate C&C Ford in Horsham. Thank you Jim!! More
