Ken listened, truly listened to everything I wanted and all of my financial concerns. I felt more like I was hanging out with friends then buying a car and truly trusted Ken. He was able to get me into a much better Jeep than I every expected I could afford and still stayed right in line with my budget. I have bought numerous cars over the years and always had issues, being a female and buying a car can be difficult. We were fully prepared to be attacked by salesmen when we walked in. This was not the case. We walked into the showroom and was approach by Bob. He didn't bug us or attack us with a sales pitch he simply introduced himself and gave us his card. After walking around for a couple minutes our questions began and he was extremely knowledgable. He walked us through every component of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. After the great tutorial we left the dealership and went to three others and the service was no where near the same nor was the price. After we agreed on a price with Bob, the closing process was quick and easy. We have had the Jeep Grand Cherokee for a month now and are extremely happy. This was the first car my wife and I bought together and I'm surprised to say it was a fun/easy experience. More
