That changed when I decided to test drive a Jeep at Chapman. My salesperson, Kenny Sheldon, was absolutely on point, friendly, and trustworthy. I could tell he was actually looking out for my needs as opposed to making the sale. Their lounge area is top notch, the vehicles are well maintained and easily accessible. I was most impressed with the management team as well. Always stopping by to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your experience. Overall, I'd not only shop here again, but I have already recommended this dealership to some friends. Incredible experience! More

Just What I Wanted Yesterday I leased my fifth vehicle from Chapman. Well, not all of my Jeeps have been leased, but all of my Jeeps have been from Chapman. First, the Yesterday I leased my fifth vehicle from Chapman. Well, not all of my Jeeps have been leased, but all of my Jeeps have been from Chapman. First, the staff is unbeatable. I know them all by name and they all know me. I'm not sure they ever take a day off, because every time I come in for service George is right there! But about last night ... I arrived late - around 6pm. Ken Marko bought me pizza and Frank Alexander immediately starting bringing cars to the window of the dealership doing a sort of fashion show of cars he thought I would like (that's awesome because it was COLD). After doing a couple of test drives, we got down to the brass tacks. I told Ken and Frank my bottom line monthly payment (I truly don't care about the overall sticker price) and they got me a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland at a $1 LESS than the price I wanted. Although we were there until 10 pm, we got the deal done and the whole staff - down to the detail guy - stayed to make sure I was happy. They were awesome and I even got a hug at the end. Chapman truly does hire quality people who care about their customers. Although I'm moving out-of-state, I think I'll come back and get my cars from Chapman. More

We had such a great car buying experience from the moment I contacted him by phone, to driving out of the dealership with a new car. I was referred to Ken by someone who had great things to say about him. I contacted Ken by phone and told him that my daughter was in desperate need of a car. He could hear the stress in my voice and reassured me that he would do all he could to help. After giving him all the details of what she could afford and what she was looking for, he (in a very short period of time) found a car that was perfect! We went right down to the dealership to test drive the car. My daughter loved it! Not too much time later, we drove out of the dealership very happy customers! Ken went above and beyond to help us! Because of his kind nature, honesty, and knowledge of cars, he made our car buying experience painless and successful!!! My husband and I will be in the market for a new car soon. We will definitely be going back to Chapman Ford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Horsham....and to deal with Ken Marko! More

We dealt with a several dealerships (other car makers as well beyond Chrysler) while making our decision and none came close to the level of customer service & commitment we received from Ken. He was available & happy to answer all our questions about the car and the different options to lease or purchase. There were many. He took the time to ensure we had full understanding. Other dealers lost interest immediately once they realized they didn't have the vehicle on inventory or too far off in price. With Ken, he worked on our-behalf to get us the price we wanted based on our budget and not once told us it could not be done. I highly recommend speaking to Ken first prior to making your next purchase/lease.....friendly and professional. Worst car shopping experience ever I would give this dealer zero stars if possible. Looked at a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited. Upon walking into the dealership the jeep show room I would give this dealer zero stars if possible. Looked at a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited. Upon walking into the dealership the jeep show room is dirty and looks like a 2nd rate used car dealership. The salesperson knew nothing about the Jeep I was looking at - no experience what so ever. I was educating him on the features. After going through 3 offers the sales manager came to discuss the pricing with me. He was rude, unprofessional and fell just short of excusing me of lying in regards to pricing I received from another dealership. I left Chapman and went straight to Fred Beans in doylestown. What a different experience. I ended up getting the exact same jeep from Fred Beans with all the options I wanted for $2k less than Chapman offered me. If their emblem is on your car - you definitely paid too much! More
