2015 Jeep Cherokee I was in need of a new car, and stopped by Chapman Jeep based on reputation. With the help of salesman Ken Sheldon, Sales Manager Frank Alexander, an I was in need of a new car, and stopped by Chapman Jeep based on reputation. With the help of salesman Ken Sheldon, Sales Manager Frank Alexander, and Finance Specialist Tara Juel, I drove off in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that day. Remember those names when you decide to purchase a new vehicle. Ken helped me pick out my car, was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and led me to the right choice. From there, Frank was able to parlay my needs into a great deal. When they directed me to Tara in order to sign all of the annoying paperwork, I was pleasantly surprised by the way she organized and simplified the process. Overall, Ken, Frank, and Tara were able to provide me with an excellent experience, which would normally deter me from a dealership.
