I took my new Dodge Challenger Scat Pack to this dealership for the first oil change and weather stripping replacement. The Service desk employees are disrespectful and incompetent. I dealt with Geo dealership for the first oil change and weather stripping replacement. The Service desk employees are disrespectful and incompetent. I dealt with George Nightlinger, Rich Underkofler and Alfredo Vaz. There was excessive mileage put on my vehicle and it was returned to me a week later damaged. I would not return to this Service department even if it was free. Rich Underkofler was the worst of the three at the Service desk. He tells customers they can't wait on the property and they have to rent a vehicle from Enterprise. I was wondering how much in kick backs they are getting from Enterprise. Update : Recently found out the front of my brand new Scat Pack was repainted and the color does not match the rest of the vehicle. This additional damage was covered up by Chapman when they had my vehicle for a week. This dealership is awful and I’m pissed I didn’t catch this when I picked up the vehicle. More

Too Bizarre for words I made an appointment a week in advance to have two recall items fixed on my truck. I arrived on time and was taken promptly. Unfortunately that's whe I made an appointment a week in advance to have two recall items fixed on my truck. I arrived on time and was taken promptly. Unfortunately that's where the promptness stopped. I was told that the service would take 5-6 hours and I'd get a call when they finished. I got a call in the evening saying that they were unable to get my truck into a service bay even though they had it all day because they were really backed up. How do you get that backed up when you're making appointments? And if you're really that backed up, you know ahead of time. A phone call to ask for a reschedule seems like common courtesy. They needed to keep it a second day but would make sure it was done first thing. I received a call at 1:30 in the afternoon that it still hadn't been looked at due to the back-up in service. When I said I would come get the truck and take it elsewhere, a bay amazingly freed up. At 5:30 I received another call saying that the work wasn't complete and the service rep "asked" me if he could keep it overnight and finish in the morning. Like I had a choice! Everything was already taken apart so of course they had to keep it. On the third day, they called at 9:30 in the morning to say it was done and I could pick it up. But they weren't done yet. They said they'd done a "free assessment" of my vehicle and suggested that I get new tires, rear brakes and calipers and an alignment at the low price of $972. I had just had an inspection done 3 weeks before. After a total lack of respect for my time, they now wanted to do work that was unnecessary. What in the world were they thinking? This was my first visit and my last. More
Misleading advertising, incompetent, unenthusiastic salesman I visited this dealership on a Saturday afternoon. I walked in and cooled my heels for a good ten minutes before an employee asked if someone was help I visited this dealership on a Saturday afternoon. I walked in and cooled my heels for a good ten minutes before an employee asked if someone was helping me. Answering "no", I was then introduced to a rather unenthusiastic salesman. I explained I had seen a new all wheel drive Ford Escape advertised for under $19K, and I was interested. I asked to take the vehicle for a test drive. So we walked out into their parking lot and eventually found a few Escapes. The salesman went back inside for keys. The keys didn't fit, so he went back a second time. Got an Escape unlocked and started out on a test drive. I started to drive off and noticed the fuel gauge said empty. When I pointed this out, I was directed to circle around the building back to the parking area. Another two tries and the salesman finally located a base Escape with enough gas to take a test drive around the block. I said I liked the car, and the salesman suggested that he "work up some numbers." So I sat in his office while he looked up various things on the computer. Not a word was exchanged. He got up and left the room, eventually returning with a piece of paper with $24,000 written on it. "What's this?" I asked "Your best price" he replied "The advertised Escape was thousands lower" I said "Oh, that has rebates on it that YOU won't qualify for." he replied. "Sorry, that's above my budget" I said. Then it got really odd. "Who sets the budget?" the salesman demanded. "I do, I replied." "Then you'll have to buy used." he smugly retorted "Thank you for coming in" he said and stood, implying that he was dismissing me. I would rather walk than buy a vehicle from this guy. He knew within the first two minutes that he could not sell me the vehicle I was asking for at the advertised price, and wasted over an hour of my time. More
Pricing and math are not their strength Drew in Sales was the best salesperson we worked with at the 6 dealerships we visited, absolutely second to none! Drew was helpful and did everything Drew in Sales was the best salesperson we worked with at the 6 dealerships we visited, absolutely second to none! Drew was helpful and did everything he could do despite his management's pricing strategy which is mysteriously lacking in basic math principles. Shockingly, the dealership's sales management would not negotiate over $400 on a vehicle which we had a $1000 dollar incentive we qualified for only to then accept the $1000 incentive and RAISE the price by $300. Simply put, the managers failed the efforts and professionalism of Drew. Ironically, the dealership dropped the price a week later to lower than what we asked for just 3 days before, and with no follow-up on the vehicle and which had been in their inventory for over 200 days. We feel awful for Drew, whose expertise and skills are undervalued by this dealership. More
phone appointment scheduling I called the dealership on Monday. As I was traveling, I asked that she schedule my appointment for Wednesday. The person who answered my service ca I called the dealership on Monday. As I was traveling, I asked that she schedule my appointment for Wednesday. The person who answered my service call, asked twice what year and make of car. Twice I responded it was a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country. Finally, at the end, she asked "and what would be a good time on Tuesday?". That was the first red flag that this phone person did not have both shoes on her feet. So we scheduled the appointment for "Wednesday" for my "Chrysler". Then I got an email confirmation from "Ford". My wife said "Ford?". Maybe I should call the dealership as maybe this was another red flag. I did not as it was the same dealership for both Chrysler and Ford. Upon arriving Wednesday at the dealership for my 10 am appointment, the Ford service bay said I needed to take my "Chrysler" to the Chrysler service building. Another red flag as they were separate. The Chrysler service bay said they did not have an appointment for me. Obviously the phone person made the service appointment for my Chrysler with the Ford service department. In summary, the person scheduling phone appointments for service, had a bad day. Hopefully others who schedule appointments are not handled so as to be scheduled for the correct service department. Be careful. And if you get an email saying you are scheduled for service for a vehicle which is not your make of vehicle, then best call Chapman and get it fixed. More
Never visit I went there to look at a keep that had rebate offers, granted I didn't qualify for all of them but they didn't mention them until I asked. Hours lat I went there to look at a keep that had rebate offers, granted I didn't qualify for all of them but they didn't mention them until I asked. Hours later of negotiating a price they weren't half way to their advertised price. They pressured me into signing several forms and said they wouldn't run my credit but that they would wait until they had verbal confirmation. I checked credit varna several days latter and saw they ran it without my permission. I called several times since trying to get ahold of John, Frank, or anyone above them to complain about this but they will not return my calls. This tells me they knew what they did was wrong and tried to pull something shady in order to get me to try and buy through them. Don't trust these people. More

I went in to look at a new arrival I saw on the website. I was told that since the car was not through their shop yet that I would be charged an extra $1700 for the shop bill. I'm sorry that's not something you tell a customer. After they tried to rip me off on my trade I had enough and politely said thanks for your time and walked away. As I'm leaving, I hear the sAles manager bad mouthing me because I figured out their scam. I would never recommend this dealership More
