Salesman told myself and my adult daughter three times that the vehicle we were buying was a new car with @3500 demo miles but that we would be the original owners and it would have a new car title. As we were about to close the deal, I noted that the remaining warrantee was less than the 36 months from Jeep on a 2019.... It was only then that the "manager" who came over to close the deal and said it was a used, previously titled car we were buying (at a new, first -owner price). Everyone knows that resale is severely impacted when a vehicle has had multiple owners. I walked out. This was not a mistake as we asked three times and wrote down the exact response. If honesty and integrity are as important to you as to me, go elsewhere. I did. Wonder why they have a 2 star rating out of a possible 5 stars.... Its very obvious, Doesn't get much lower than a 2 star rating based on tons of reviews. More

I REPEAT DO NOT My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership not even a week ago and already having problems which it. Also they sold us the vehicle in As Is condition meaning the vehicle had scratches all over as well as the bumper front and back was loose and never repaired! On top of that there was a HOLE in the floor on the drivers side that they never mention to us because they covered it up with a Car mat so we wouldn’t see it . And to top it off my wife called non stop to This dealership but kept getting ignored and left voicemails and even emailed the sales guy ( Steve Herndon) who sold us the vehicle and still still haven’t gotten a response back! We are beyond furious and unsatisfied with our experience at Horsham. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 We are not satisfied with this dealership and advise anyone who plans on purchasing a vehicle from Horsham, to look somewhere else!! More
Waste of 5 hours! Female on the phone with my fiance had us thinking we could trade in our fairly new vehicle for an older vehicle my fiance wanted. They need to learn customer service and how to be helpful, instead of wasting people's time. More
Stay Away from this Dealer / Waste of Time / Rip Offs I have dealt with Antonio (Sales Rep) who was amazing person and was trying to help me as much as possible from Satan (John Miller). I don’t normally write any reviews because I have a saying when you do people wrong cause Karma is a you know what. But, this one goes in the books. I tell them exactly what I currently have which is a comparison or what other dealer have quoted me for my trade and my monthly numbers. They agreed they can help me and will do there best to get me that deal or beat it. I traveled 2 hours to get to that deal to be low balled on my trade which was $3k under wholesale value. Then have the xxxxx to tell me other dealers are lying to you meanwhile I travel 2 hours to hear that answer??? Why couldn’t they just tell me my trade was going to be that low over the phone? I told them you could of wrote on a contract based on condition of the vehicle. I understand you want to see the vehicle but at least tell me based on good condition is worth this. I would of made a better decision in going there or not. Total of 4 hours of my Saturday was lost because the finance guy could not be honest and basically gave me a number I wanted to hear. Shame on me I got snagged but that would be my first and last . I will make sure no one in my organization shops at that dealer. Stay away don’t waste your time!!!! More

Whenever i bring my car in the service team make me feel as thopugh its a privelage to bring my car to their dealership. They once put in a cabin filter i didnt ask for and they said they would take 10% off. when i told them to put in my old one back, the service mgr said that he would now have to eat the cost! Really??? cmon.....they need to learn manors at this dealership and how to treat customers. Lastly take a page from thompsons playbook and try washing a car when its serviced.... More

Plus! 7,000 down it was not enough even tho they appraised our car at 18,850.not even the best part yet! The sales guy was so shot out and all over the place the entire time it was just insane! He comes back over and tells us we have to put down 21,000 dollars!!!!! What am i buying a freaking luxury car or a home!? Wouldnt recommend buying a tire off these clowns!sheisty gimmicks and false hope just to be told to come back with a third co signer or 21,000 dollars. More

I need EarPods for free like I need another Summer Home! Fact is they stole earbuds out of the car and couldn’t even apologize. Look at the reviews on line. They Suck! How does Jeep let them sell their product. More

Grossly under valued (Blue Book appraisal) by $10,000 dollars. Manager had a take it or leave it attitude. Will not return or recommemd this dealership. BTW thes sale was made at a competative dealership that presented an honest apprasal that was in line with Blue Book. More
Pathetic Appraisal for My Trade They appraised my vehicle for $4000 less than auction price. When I asked why the appraisal was extremely low, the salesman said "we do that because They appraised my vehicle for $4000 less than auction price.
