So I am in the market for a Dodge Durango.! I found one I liked through true car. Got the certificate in my email with a price of 43,443 (or something to that affect) the car was listed that day on the webs liked through true car. I emailed the person that contacted me and let him know I liked the vehicle. I then asked how we proceed (COVID-19 times) and what the best price was for the vehicle. He emailed me back t next morning and stated that the lowest he could go was 45,016!! I’m like the price of the vehicle changed over night because someone was interested! I told them thanks but no thanks. Didn’t even get started properly and they tried a bait and switch! More

At approximately 3 pm he receives a call saying that they did not get to the car yet + do we really need the car today. I`m sure we all own cars we don`t really need, pay for them + insurance to drive them because we don`t really need them. Of course ---We need the car today. I was yelling in the background saying we will pick it up + go elsewhere as CHAPMAN stinks for service + we had an appointment. What`s the purpose of an appointment and being told to drop your car off early? If they couldn`t take us a week in advance when we called, we would have picked an alternate day. I went on-line an started a chat with a chapman representative. I wrote my concern but she said she could not help me if I did not give my name. I told her she can read it with my review. When Chapman (JOE) called back they said they forgot and my car was already being looked at. Do you think I was born yesterday? That just added insult to injury! This service department needs some customer service education! More
Don’t buy a Jeep. Cheaply made vehicles with major computer issues. I’m sitting in my dead vehicle waiting for AAA. That’s because Chrysler Roadside Service never returned my call. Fortunately I’m in a safe place. When purchasing my car from Chapman I asked about loaner cars as I usually need to get to work. They said no problem. Unfortunately today I was told no loaners available. And due to other emergencies they can’t even look at my car until next week. I guess I’m not an emergency! Needless to say in 4 months Chapman can kiss my xxx goodbye. Unacceptable, 28k miles only on this tin can. More

Great Experience We purchased a inexpensive used car from Chapman in June of this year from Joe Davis. After a couple months, unforeseen issues started with the car. All I can say is this dealership stepped up big time and not only addressed our concerns in a very timely manner but resolved the issues with the car. Joe Davis was great, low pressure sales and very knowledgeable about his inventory. I could not write this review without a big, big thank you to David Mancinelli who is the used car manager. My experience was incredible! These guys care about the customer, are honest and have integrity in the way way they do business. What more could you possibly ask for? If your looking for a car stop by Chapman Ford. Joe Davis, John Cifaldi and David Mancinelli will make you feel at home and comfortable with no pressure!! Salesman told myself and my adult daughter three times that the vehicle we were buying was a new car with @3500 demo miles but that we would be the original owners and it would have a new car title. As we were about to close the deal, I noted that the remaining warrantee was less than the 36 months from Jeep on a 2019.... It was only then that the "manager" who came over to close the deal and said it was a used, previously titled car we were buying (at a new, first -owner price). Everyone knows that resale is severely impacted when a vehicle has had multiple owners. I walked out. This was not a mistake as we asked three times and wrote down the exact response. If honesty and integrity are as important to you as to me, go elsewhere. I did. Wonder why they have a 2 star rating out of a possible 5 stars.... Its very obvious, Doesn't get much lower than a 2 star rating based on tons of reviews. More

I REPEAT DO NOT My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership not even a week ago and already having problems which it. Also they sold us the vehicle in As Is condition meaning the vehicle had scratches all over as well as the bumper front and back was loose and never repaired! On top of that there was a HOLE in the floor on the drivers side that they never mention to us because they covered it up with a Car mat so we wouldn’t see it . And to top it off my wife called non stop to This dealership but kept getting ignored and left voicemails and even emailed the sales guy ( Steve Herndon) who sold us the vehicle and still still haven’t gotten a response back! We are beyond furious and unsatisfied with our experience at Horsham. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 We are not satisfied with this dealership and advise anyone who plans on purchasing a vehicle from Horsham, to look somewhere else!! More
