Tired of the Service Writer All this guy wants to do is spend my money for me. Was recommended to me I needed 4 tires when in fact my tires don't have 15,000 miles on them. Last time he told me my brakes and rotors were no good yet when I went for an inspection elsewhere they had NO PROBLEM with my vehicle. Yesterday all I wanted was an oil change its listed on the board for 29.95, he told me the tire rotation was included yet i spent 60+ dollars. But he did do a recall for me that was needed. Best Service Ever I hit a huge pothole in Center City last week and blew out two tires. I had to wait for AAA towing to get my car to Chapman. Because of this, I had I hit a huge pothole in Center City last week and blew out two tires. I had to wait for AAA towing to get my car to Chapman. Because of this, I had to change the time of the appointment 3 times. The service team at Chapman had no issues with adapting to this. I received an estimate of how much the final repair was going to be and when the final bill came in, the price was lower than the estimate! I find that the Chapman Team is very friendly, accommodating and professional. More
