Took my new vehicle in for a software recall. Painless appointment setting with a real person! Super professional, quick, courteous service from the moment when I pulled into the service drive. O Painless appointment setting with a real person! Super professional, quick, courteous service from the moment when I pulled into the service drive. Outstanding service writer, they delivered a free video multi-point inspection and quick updates to when my vehicle would be completed via text. And finally an accurate window of when it could be returned. THIS is what a dealership service experience should be! More
The Chapman Ford dealership sucks. I brought my car in for service on August 14, and after keeping the car for a week while rental car expenses were ticking away, the car had to be tow I brought my car in for service on August 14, and after keeping the car for a week while rental car expenses were ticking away, the car had to be towed to a REAL repair shop. The service department just didn't want to work on the car, because a rodent got into the engine, which is becoming a more commonplace problem because companies like Ford are manufacturing wiring harnesses with SOY, which attracts vermin. If they didn't want to work on my car, they should have said so on DAY 1, so that I could have my car repaired and back to me sooner. My car is now at CALIBER, and they are a fine repair agency, recommended by my insurance company and me. Don't wait a week like I did for Chapman Ford to tell you they are not going to work on your car. They are a disgusting example of a NO SERVICE 'service' organization. More
The service center communication is horrible completely horrible.. it’s no way they keep your vehicle for more than 3 weeks and still don’t have a date as to when will you be reimbursed for your rental th horrible.. it’s no way they keep your vehicle for more than 3 weeks and still don’t have a date as to when will you be reimbursed for your rental that you had to pay outta pocket while your vehicle is being serviced. However ford is supposed to pay for the first 5 days that’s mandatory but that’s something you have to find out on your own because they surly will not inform you. My car been out the shop for 2 weeks and I still don’t have an answer as to when can I come pick up my reimbursement check. Dave the service manager keeps telling me to ask Tyler the person that was working on my vehicle, but when I do all he has is a lot of rebuttals and no clear answer. It’s completely overwhelming and stressful More

Had terrible experi needed completed in terms I could understand. Definitely recommend!!!!!! Will be returning for an inspection and oil change soon. Had terrible experiences with other shops and the little bit of extra cost is well worth the assurance that the work will be completed accurately. All the employees I dealt with were exceptional. Do not use the service department, they are a consumer nightmare, asked for written service agreement and have a lawyer look over it, they offered a free ride home from Lyft, one mile ride cost me 317$ nightmare, asked for written service agreement and have a lawyer look over it, they offered a free ride home from Lyft, one mile ride cost me 317$ More
My vehicle was taken in for service on May 29 2022 and I was told after day 1 that the issue was a loose bushing in the rear subframe connector and that the rear shocks were leaking oil and that the work wo was told after day 1 that the issue was a loose bushing in the rear subframe connector and that the rear shocks were leaking oil and that the work would be covered under warranty. I was given a repair order showing everything covered and zero cost to the customer. After a few days I was then told that the bushings couldn't just be replaced and that the entire subframe would have to be replaced and that Roy Fernandes at Chapman Ford service was going to deny my warranty for their vehicle failing. They alleged abuse by a previous owner with zero evidence. They then sat my perfectly drivable vehicle for two weeks before repairs started without my knowledge. The repair took over 4 weeks and then they refused to release my covered under warranty repaired vehicle to me unless I paid over $4500 for the repairs just in case corporate denied the warranty. They held the car for close to a week several business days locked up behind the shop even though I had a repair order in hand showing everything covered under warranty which they tried to walk back as paperwork that could be changed after the fact. So they admitted to falsifying documents. At the same time I had another Mustang of mine in for body shop repairs. I received both vehicles back in the same week and neither is fixed properly. The rear still squeaks on the one and the drivers side window is rattling on the impact side of the one that was hit. After taking one back for further diagnostics and telling them that I want the window checked after the first one is done they are denying to fix or work on either vehicle because I left a negative corporate review when sent a survey. So I asked the individual Jason who called me "I'm being punished for leaving a proper review on your work? Is that what you're saying?" And he said "Yes." Let's name names. Roy and Jason in service. Jim Casey the manager. Avoid them all at all costs. They do not care about you at all. I was able through this entire ordeal to reach out and speak to several current workers there and also former employees who all has similar things to say. Their customer service skills are horrific. They don't care behind closed doors. Denying to cover your own work which you pledged was covered for life including the body work because you did not like an honest review is beyond pathetic and cowardly. More
I haven’t experienced a problem with Chapman Ford in the past. Today I woke up to a flat tire. I thought ok, I’ll take it to Chapman Ford and have it fixed. I went in at 11:30 a.m. Did I mention their repai past. Today I woke up to a flat tire. I thought ok, I’ll take it to Chapman Ford and have it fixed. I went in at 11:30 a.m. Did I mention their repair people go to lunch for 1 hr @ 12 by contract from their union? So there’s NOTHING WORKED ON FOR 1 hr during THEIR lunch time. That means 1 hr of your time sitting on THEIR LUNCHTIME while YOUR PRECIOUS TIME is waiting for them to finish their lunch and your repairs. Finally left after waiting 2 hrs and 15 minutes! SMH More
