Other customers had their vehicles vacuumed out, mine was not. I told the service rep i broke the guide rails on my sunroof and ask if he could get me a cost to fix it. I was charged 149.95 for the mechanic to say you broke a guide rail $2500 to replace the whole unit (rail replacements are online for 127.00) $500 estimate for 8 sparkplugs and a new belt. Final bill was 1332.55 $8xx.xx for the spark plugs, and the belt. $3xx.xx 2 pulley's $149.95 to give me a price for the sunroof. More

I’m so mad I won’t go into detail but I rue the day I brought my car here. I just brought my car and it didn’t know the headlight settings so I ran my battery down. Thinking I might had a bad battery I had it checked out at my local Auto Zone. The battery was good so I thought I had some kind of shortage so I took it to Chapman Volkswagen and I ended with a new battery, new spark plugs, and a passenger door wire harness. In reality all I need was a battery charge. And I may or may not gotten the spark plugs and harness. That how much I mistrust them. More

Told something different I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday s I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday since I got done work late Friday and I wouldn’t be charged anything extra. Saturday I bring rental back and get charged $36. Thanks More
