Chapman Ford Northeast Philadelphia

Every time I go in for service, I'm in there for 4+ hours, last time I was in there for just an oil change and tire rotation and was there for 6 hours!!! I got there today at 8 am to have my ac system hours, last time I was in there for just an oil change and tire rotation and was there for 6 hours!!! I got there today at 8 am to have my ac system checked, was told it would be a while, which I understood. Was told around 9:30 that it needed a part that should arrive around noon, ok, no problem. I saw the guy bring the parts in around 1... They tell me at 4 pm that the wrong part was brought, so in other words, my car sat back there from 1 to 4 when they just got to it and realized that it was the wrong part!! I'm done with Chapman! More

He will go to any length to help you and that includes long after the deal is done. I have sought him out months later to discuss service issues and he has always made himself avaialble to me as soon as I walk in the door. At this point I would not consider buying a car from anyone else and have recommended him to anyone who would listen especially my female friends because, unlike a lot of salesmen,I have every confidence that he will treat me and advise me as he would his own daughter. I have never bought a new car in my 44 years. I always got my cars from a family member who owned a dealership. Needless to say I was terrified at the prospect of bargaining for a new car. I did my research on the internet and knew which car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Hank greeted me with a warm friendly smile and a firm hand shake. I told him exactly what I wanted. After a few minutes I was in the Ford Fusion and on a test drive. I decided that I did not like the scaled down version and I wanted various amenities: Leather, premium sound, etc. Hank made it happen within the budget I wanted and so far I am extremely pleased with the car buying experience. I haven’t had to take my car in for service yet, so I can’t comment on that. If their service department is as good as the sales experience, Chapman Ford will have me as a customer as long as I live in the Philadelphia are. More
