Told something different I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday s I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday since I got done work late Friday and I wouldn’t be charged anything extra. Saturday I bring rental back and get charged $36. Thanks More

I'm a regular I have been coming to Chapman VW for the "lifespan" of my 2008 Jetta, and for much of the "lifespan of my 2004 Jetta before that. Good Service Steve was very nice and helped me with my inquiry. I have to bring the car back in for service at a time that is more convenient for me because I had to leave after being there for 90 minutes. They always deliver good service.
