However, when he looked at my face he said, "What brings you in today?" My response to him, you thought I was a man, his response you had a cap on. Unacceptable, he chose not to correct himself. I brought it to his attention again to check my car in and to sign the paperwork he refused to correct himself, because I brought it up again. Finally, when my car was serviced, he asked me how was his service will I give him a 5 point on the survey? I said after you call me a man. He said can I bribe you for the 5 points? I said no, that not right. He gave me his business card and wrote "Free oil change next visit " he sign his name. I told him I will hold him to his word. The point is he should have immediately corrected himself. That's all was needed. Thank you for reaching out. Then I received a telephone call at 11:14am and James Melnick left a message apologizing, Then I reached back out to him to listen, I accepted his apologies, however, it should have been immediately corrected. More

The owner We were not happy about the sloppy service ...trunk went in for few recalls fulfillment but ended up one of the issue: can’t open the door from insid We were not happy about the sloppy service ...trunk went in for few recalls fulfillment but ended up one of the issue: can’t open the door from inside. Didn’t realized until we used the car few days later n it’s in the weekend ( is the passenger side door) then my husband found out there a wire didn’t hook up to the door handle. 2 yrs ago the Lincoln went in for car inspection ended up with few returned to the service within couple days for other new problems. The worse one was to replaced the door handle, you guys claimed a big job charged us a fortune then damaged the interior of the door then one yr later there a problem with it. If we didn’t have it fixed we won’t know what u did to the door. Be honest with u we somewhat lost the confident in ur service department. More

Great service but Not too happy with the price . I paid nearly $200 in diagnostics to replace a dead battery. So when it's all set and done i paid over $300 for a battery that cost $129. Most all o . Not good service My car went in to fix a recall issue with the gas tank. Unfortunately they made a mistake in fixing it and gas poured out of my car and was a huge safety issue with my family inside. I tried to get the issue resolved and was difficult to get a call back. When I did get a call back, was given the run around. We are looking to buy a new car this year, but it will not be from this dealership! More
