ZERO Communication I took my car in at 7:30 this morning, I had an appointment, to have a recall issue fixed. I pull into the bay and no one is there. I wait about 10 mi I took my car in at 7:30 this morning, I had an appointment, to have a recall issue fixed. I pull into the bay and no one is there. I wait about 10 minutes or so and someone finally comes out. The recall notice itself said the work should take half a day. When I dropped off my car I was told it would be done today and should be done by lunch and that they would call me. I call at 3pm and my representative (Tom) wasn't available but I was advised my car was being worked on. I call back at 3:30 and get transferred 3xs, once to the location in Egg Harbor NJ before being sent to a full voicemail. I hang up and call back and it continues to ring. I hang up, waiting about 10mins and call back. After a long wait someone finally answers, they say oh "Tom never got back to you" I say no. They put me on hold and then come back and say my car is done. More

The complete job was excellent but they need to work on thei r communication. Taking time out of my day to make multiple phone calls within a three day. Never receiving a call back and we were numerous messages r communication. Taking time out of my day to make multiple phone calls within a three day.
