Passionate, Genuine, Knowledgeable, and Commitment I met with Don in the parking lot, while I was trying to hunt down a VW Atlas of my preference. Unfortunately the on-premises pickings were slim. Despite already having an Atlas, I was a little reluctant with not seeing the color and upgraded package in person; however, Don's genuine enthusiasm and getting to know his customer requirements facilitated a successful off-premise search. The delivery process went awry, which was out of Don's hands, but Don handled it with grace and assured me the situation would be taken care of. In the end, everything worked out and exceeded my expectations. You might be thinking - well what the heck there was a mistake or they messed up. Sales Staff excellent The sales staff was excellent. The showroom/offices clean and neat. Salesman was extremely helpful and informative. He knew how to do his job well. My only gripe is that the finance department is understaffed. I know everyone is in a hurray but we waited for ever while the office door was closed. Fortunately a second finance person came in and we were out in minutes. I would recommend Chapman to my friends based on the sales people and very competitive pricing.
