When I made my online purchase and picked up my car on 4/20 the team was great! But, the title lady Patty was very unprofessional. Yet, the copy of the registration a member of your team Mr Becker, overnighted clearly has my new address on it! And again the shipping documents and label sending me copies of the lost license and registration have my last name wrong. My name is Martha...not Martha Washington totally two different names! Customer Service is everything! We can’t keep putting the blame on CV. Being rude and making statements to your customers, like “any-who” is not good customer service! Assuming is never the way to run a business. Return customers calls please! More
