The service center experience was horrible today. Been here since 8:30 for inspection still here. No updates and Christine who is at the front desk is getting annoyed that I am asking how much longer Been here since 8:30 for inspection still here. The person working on my car is there say I need a bulb and wipers. He apologize for the long wait and say he will be getting my car right out. 30 minutes later I go back up to the desk to ask Christen can I speak with a manager. The manger comes out and says your the one that needs the bulb to pass inspection. He said they just handed me the bulb. I say that’s funny the guy that’s working on my car said he was placing the bulb in the car 30 minutes ago. Her I am sitting her now 12pm an counting still no car. Horrible service.😡next time Kennedy Ford or even PeP Boys would a been quicker. You live and learn.and they get mad at you for asking questions about how long will the wait be. More
