they lie and fraud In December 2019 we purchased what we thought was a Jeep Cherokee v-6. We thought that because both my husband and myself asked Bertha the sales rep if the vehicle was indeed a V-6.. Both times we told yes. After many hours we went to close with Rocco. Conveniently on the paperwork where it asks the number of cylinders it was left blank. When we discovered what happened Bertha said she would tell her manager Alex. He only could find cars to replace the vehicle that would increase our payments, lengthen the term, and not have the extras we thought we purchased. We contacted the VP Don Hamrick and he passed us off to the GM Ryan. He told us he was unable to return our down payment or find a similar Cherokee. We still do not have this resolved and we would advise anyone thinking about buying from this dealer to go elsewhere. This dealer just lies and refuses service. More
Completely deceptive advertising. Read the fine print about dealer add ons. They tried to add $2995 onto their advertised price! I would avoid this dealership. Sean, the internet sales guy, was a pleasure to work with. Alex, the sales manager, is a slick talker who mislead us which left us disappointed with our overall experience. We asked that something be removed & when we picked it up we were 100% assured it had been. I asked to see the part we asked to be removed & he told us they didn’t have it, maybe it’d been thrown away, but that absolutely 100% he knew they removed it. I had to take it in for a service issue 2 days after we took it home & I had a feeling, based on other stuff he told us (see below) that we had been lied to, so I asked the tech to show me where the thing was & sure enough it was still there. When I asked Alex he blamed it on the service manager, Ben, who conveniently had been transferred to their other location the day before. I called the other location & spoke to Ben. He had been transferred there 2 weeks ago, not the day before. He had no idea about the thing I had asked to be removed since he was transferred to the other location a week before we ever set foot in the dealership. I confronted Alex about it & well....moving right along. 2. We were assured the scratches would be buffed out & touched up. When we got there it looked terrible, like they hadn’t even tried to buff some of them out & the one that had been touched up looked like a 3 year old painted over it with nail polish. Alex kept saying they did their absolute best, they can’t get it to look brand new, it’s a used car, blah, blah, blah, he can’t do anything else to fix it. I told him I refused to take delivery with it looking like that. Then all of a sudden he thought of someone else he could call to fix it. Makes me sad that some other people would accept something they’re not happy with because they were told “that’s the best we can do”. There’s a $995 asset protection fee, a $488 doc fee & a $185 vehicle etching fee. The asset protection fee is to detail the car, do an oil change, fix whatever is wrong, like brakes, etc. We missed this fine print on the docs, it says part of the doc fee is “adjusting the vehicle”. When we picked up the car we asked Alex what that meant, he said he didn’t know, we pointed out that the asset protection fee is supposed to go towards fixing up the vehicle, why are we being charged for that in the doc fee as well, then all of a sudden he knew what adjusting the vehicle was. It says optional on the vehicle etching on the contract but we were told it was required. It’s to etch the VIN on the windshield in case the car gets stolen off the lot. When we asked Alex why we had to pay for it if it says optional he said it’s so the dealership’s insurance isn’t as expensive, it’s a theft protection thing. Fair enough we thought, since higher dealer insurance costs will lead to higher vehicle prices. That was until we saw online a person can buy a kit & do it themselves for $25. So we paid $185 for something that could be done for $25. That’s obviously not Alex’s fault since he doesn’t set the price but I thought I should mention the fee. Would I buy from Sean again, absolutely, without a doubt. Would I buy from this dealership again, not a chance. Its a shame because we need to trade our other car in & we’d love to work with Sean again. More
The frame for the soft top on my Wrangler (JK) was damaged. Vince Thompson, my service advisor ordered the part, called when they rec'd it and set up an appointment that fit my schedule. Great service I had several problems that needed to be addressed quickly because I needed my vehicle. I didn't have an appointment and when I arrived at the dealers I had several problems that needed to be addressed quickly because I needed my vehicle. I didn't have an appointment and when I arrived at the dealership 15 minutes before the service dept. opened there were already more than a dozen cars waiting in line. Vince Thompson, my service advisor, said he would see what he could do, but odds are it would take until the next day. What a surprise when I rec'd a call from him that afternoon that my car was ready to go. And, as I had no way to get to the dealership, he even made arrangements for someone to pick me up and drive me there. dennis g. More

Also set up for me to have a loaner vehicle to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced due to the extra time it took to service the extra items. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. I will come back to this dealership again for service of my vehicle as long as she is taking care of me! More
