Dominic was my service advisor & he was wonderful. So he worked his magic & saw I had a recall so not only got my AC fixed but got my recall completed so I had no out of pocket on my loaner. I was very iNM pressed with Dominic's work ethic, knowledge & drive. More

I had made an appointment to service my Jeep a week in advance with the auto show location. When I made my appointment I made sure to ask about rental cars, seeing as I bought a warranty that covers this advance with the auto show location. When I made my appointment I made sure to ask about rental cars, seeing as I bought a warranty that covers this and I had work for the day of the appointment. The woman that made my appointment was very helpful and said the rental car was covered and would be easy to set up coming in. She set me for the next available appointment no issues. I show up at 7:15 am for my appointment and am greeted by Vince Thompson. He goes over what’s wrong with the car and then proceeds to ask if I have someone picking me up or if I have a ride. I tell him about my warrenty and how rental cars are included in this. He then proceedes to say that the dealership has no rentals available and that I would have to wait for 45 minutes to be sent to enterprise. Never mentioned how the dealership will give you a loaner, which my parents have done when getting cars serviced. Never mentioned on the phone about enterprise when I made sure to ask about the rentals. Then says the process with enterprise will take up to an hour and a half. I had work at 8:30 so this was not possible. I then asked him to reschedule my appointment. He said next week is pretty much all open what time works. Every time I asked for his response was “oh no that won’t work.” Finally he lets me schedule for Friday night as this is the only time that will work with my schedule that week and then proceeds to again say “we’ll make sure you have a ride this time because we won’t have rentals.” I ended up getting my tires filled because they said this would take 5 mins. Upon receiving my car back we’re walking out and he proceeds to say “ do you even know what the light on in your car means.” So misogynistic and so unnecessary. I don’t know if he thinks that being a young woman makes you unaware of anything mechanical but I am appalled that I just spent close to 30,000 on a Jeep last week and then received this kind of service. To top if all off I then receive an email about my scheduled service and it’s set up for Saturday at 7:15 am. After all of this frustration I called the Jeep only dealership located on Sahara and spoke with Josh. He made sure to accommodate my time frame and was extremely helpful and kind setting everything up and making the process as painless as possible. I will never go to the Chapman Chrysler Jeep location on auto show ever again and would never recommend going to service your Jeep unless you want to be given terrible service. More
Purchased an $80,000 car and traded in my previous car as a resident from CA doing a deal in NV. Specifically asked if they do transactions with other states because I never had and didn't want to get screwe a resident from CA doing a deal in NV. Specifically asked if they do transactions with other states because I never had and didn't want to get screwed. EVERYONE I spoke to at Chapman ensured me they were experts been in the business 15-20-30 years and do them all the time and it was simple process. Come to find out Chapman did not divulge all information regarding tax credits with trade ins and how other states accept or DONT accept/acknowledge those tax credits (even though they do these deals all the time out of state). The deal they put together for me looked GREAT on paper BUT actually would cost me an additional $3k out of pocket when I got back home to CA and apparently no one had any idea (keep in mind they have been in the business 10-30 years) even though, they do deals out of state all the time. Stupid thing is $3k wouldnt have killed the deal. Them lying to me and misleading me is where I call xxxxxxxxx. Dont do business with them More
This dealership is an absolute JOKE! If you want to get scammed out of your money, you’re at the right place. My husband and I drove in from California to purchase an $80,000 car from these xxxxxxxx. They scammed out of your money, you’re at the right place. My husband and I drove in from California to purchase an $80,000 car from these xxxxxxxx. They supposedly run out of state deals all the time. Thinking we can we were in good hands, we stupidly moved forward with the deal, only to receive a notice from the DMV stating we now owe an additional $2,629 because the loser in finance screwed up our paperwork. I guess he was too busy showing us pictures and talking about the young chick he left the mother of his children for to actually do his job properly. What an appropriate and professional conversation to have... ANYWAY, my husband called the dealership to ask what the additional amount was and they took ownership of their mistake. But instead of handling the issue properly, the have continuously have ignored my calls for the last 3 weeks. Supposedly the lose my number every time and Tim will call me right back... yeah, won’t be holding my breath. But finally today, we get a response back on my husbands yelp review with some lousy excuse. You’d think an “honorable” and “reliable” dealership would have the xxxxx to actually call back someone who invested in a pretty expensive car. Let alone any car at that! But hey, if you want to get screwed over and then get treated like crap, these idiots are your guys! But hey Tim, if you ever want to do the right thing, Dwight has my number! More
Horrible customer service. Was having issues with my Ecodiesel and service department clearly did not care to help. I was hung up on and when I called back I left voicemail that was never returned. Worse experience with my 2020 hero gladiator service. My battery was dead after one week that I was out of town and the service manager just told me they did me a favor by putting a new battery after 2 days battery was dead after one week that I was out of town and the service manager just told me they did me a favor by putting a new battery after 2 days of running around.
