At first I was nervous because in the past I feel like I'm getting attack by vultures by other dealership that I've went to before but that wasn't the case here at Chapman I feel welcomed and treat me like a VIP. Corey Brewer, Rick Stewart and Sonny works like a TEAM. There was no pressure or anything, they listen to me and help me about my situation and got me a good price on my trade in plus a monthly payments that I can finallly afford. I am completely pleased and definitely didn't regret coming over here. Oh I forgot to mentioned I also got a free maintenance 😊😊 and guess what whose got a badass TJ now and a free Jeep hat??? Lol ME!!!! Thanks Chapman. More

Do not trust them Went to look at a car that was priced at 5000 online. I got there to find out I could not buy car for anything less then 7000! Oil Change and Transmission Problem About a week ago the reverse gear on our 2008 Town and Country went out. I thought that I would have to put out a bunch of money to repair it. Well it About a week ago the reverse gear on our 2008 Town and Country went out. I thought that I would have to put out a bunch of money to repair it. Well it ended up being under $500 to fix and that included the oil change. Mr. Sackett took care of all the issues on the vehicle and set me at ease. I would recommend Chapman Chrysler Jeep to anyone!! The waiting room is awesome too!! More
Breath of fresh air I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. I made an appointment only to find out that there really isn't an appointment, it is first come first serve. That was frustrating because it was also a 2 hour wait. However, Brandon my new service advisor was AMAZING! Extremely nice, very friendly and knowledgeable. That made the 2 hour wait bearable. I do recommend that there is not a way to make an appointment for an oil change OR you find a way to put the people who did in fact make an appointment priority before the people who just show up. Thanks Brandon for helping me out and providing such awesome customer service!!! More

Chuck Monachino Sucks Let me start this with saying that I'm not sure how this will end up, but I am rating on my experience so far. This dealership is the absolute worst that I have ever done business with. Chuck Monachino is the worst. Every word out of his mouth is a lie. He went as far as telling my wife and I he was THE Manager of that store only to find out he is just a salesman. Changed the advertised price of the vehicle. Dont believe the dealer add ons are real. He claimed that all windows on the brand new 2016 Renegade were tinted with premium tint. Turns out only the 2 front had a generic cheap tint. No nitrogen in the tires as claimed. No special paint treatment done on car as claimed. Paint still has adhesive from the tape used in transit. I could go on and on about this place but its just too much. I cant even bring myself to take advantage of free oil changes there because I never want to see that place again. They are rude and unprofessional. They want nothing to do with you after the sale. Car has 250 miles and I am contemplating trading it in elsewhere just so I dont have to be reminded that I made a big mistake dealing with them......Chapman please dont respond to my review with your psychobabble excuses.
