BecJeep53 - I would like to apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience you have been caused. I agree that it would be nice if all departing employees ensured their commitments were fulfilled before they quit. Unfortunately, this does not always occur. Upon hearing about the discrepancy, we immediately acted to correct the situation by replacing the part. Regarding the grab handle which was installed in your Jeep, the part number which was provided by the manufacturer (Jeep) directly corresponded to your VIN. It is possible that the shade of fabric is slightly different due to a difference in manufacturing dates. If it is at all possible, we would like to have you send us a photo of the grab handles. A photo will help us determine the difference in color and find a solution to the issue. Please accept our apology for the discrepancies and we hope to hear from you soon. Judyscar, Please accept our apology for the delay and dirty Jeep. Over-booking and under-booking typically occurs as a result of over or under-estimating the repair time when the initial appointment is set. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to estimate the time required to repair a vehicle when a customer calls in or when they set an appointment online. Regarding the grease in the vehicle, this is not typical for our dealership and, again, we apologize. The technician who was responsible for the problem no longer works for our dealership so unfortunately I cannot review and ask him about this.
