Not living up to expectations!!!! One of my overhead hand grips was broken during a regular service call. He said he would call when it was in. He left. No one called. Finally I called and there was nothing in the system about it! I had to go back to the dealership so they could see exactly what I was talking about! Just so happens they had a set in stock, so they took it back and put it on! Derick said they come in sets so the other one was left on the seat in case I ever need one!!!! I get home and look at the hand grip and it doesn't match the other one!!!! DUH!!! You would think the tech would have taken the two seconds to look and see if they matched AND IF they didn't, change out the other one!!!! Seriously? EVERYTIME I TAKE MY JEEP TO SERVICE FOR SOMETHING, THERE'S A PROBLEM! PLEASE, I'm not trying to cause trouble, I'm trying to help! I know it's hard to find good reliable people, but somebody needs to check, and recheck employee work at your site. I've even heard from other people about your service! I'll be back. Unhappy customer this visit Car kept an extra day due to "over-booking" then returned with grease on front seats, front carpets, and door frames. He takes his time making sure I understand everything that is happening with my vehicle and if he doesn't have the answer right then and gets back to me every single time with an answer. I trust him with my vehicle and know that he won't send me back on the road without making sure my Jeep is 100% safe for me and my kids. Appointments don't seem to matter at this dealership. Received two recall notices from the factory. Made a appointment 3 weeks out. On arrival I waited 20 min at the service booth to be acknowledged with 2 service writers in each of the 2 booths. Then referred to the next booth, then referred to Raul, the only writer helping customers on the drive. Waited for Raul! Raul informs me that they are backed up and it might be tomorrow. Leaving town tomorrow. Raul says they will try after talking to shop Forman. We returned home and then decided we could not risk our trip on the dealership who originally said they could do it on the scheduled day. Call dealership and left message for Raul that we would return to pickup the Jeep and take it to another Jeep dealership that said they could do it and that they don't treat customers that way. Raul calls back and said they would get it done so we let Chapman do the work. Received a call back 2.5 hours later that the Jeep was ready. If it was that quick why didn't they do as promised in the first place rather than putting their customer through all the xx. Why do they even make appointments if you go to the back of the line when you arrive?I was not going to write a review but Chapman begged for this review on four different occasions. Your lies can no longer be disguised I trusted this company to be true to its word, but I realized too late that no truth would be heard. I purchased one car from you, and gave you another try, you could have just been honest, but you chose to tell a lie. I am discouraged, and really angry with my 2nd and last purchase from your company. I could not in good conscience recommend your company to anyone (friend, or foe)! I have two special needs children and I needed to get a newer car. I only went in because of a letter I received stating I could receive extra on my trade in. This would help with what ever Was upside down. I do not work, as I am needed to take care of my two children, and more recently my mother, who had a stroke in February. To make a long complaint short, the salesman the salesman told me I only qualified for one minivan. When I asked for certain features that were necessary for my children (DVD player, and a CD player) I was told I could upgrade to them later(Lie, lie,lie). I asked if there was any other color, he told me only this one. The pacifica cannot be upgraded to an entertainment pkg, if it did not already come equipped with it. The car does not get cool enough. I have to drive with the air on max. I did ask the salesman about it at first when we were getting ready to take it off the lot, and he was giving instructions. he said that it just needed to run a little. I took it into be checked out, and they said it was a little low on fluid, but it basically will not get any cooler. I have to drive my mother, and children around in a car that does not get cool enough to be comfortable. I hate this car, and I now hate that I EVER HEARD Of OR DEALT WITH This dealership (tired of typing caps). So very unhappy with this car, and this company. my car note is almost 700 dollars a month and I have nothing, not even cool air. If I did not need my minivan to transport my kids, I would just give it back, and deal with the fallout, If I did not have to get a star to continue I would not have given it More
Great, Fast, Friendly Service I purchased a car from the dealership and the wiper blades began to fall apart from the desert sun. They were covered under warranty and needed to be replaced by the dealership... they had me pull into the express lane (very busy day) but Christian had the blades replaced on the car before it even made it to the front of the line! Nice! They took great care of me. More
