They had several that had the remote start that we were looking for. Hans and Jarod were especially great to work with and made our visit feel like we were family. Quick Lube Took my car in for an oil change and received a call about 1.5 hours later stating that my car needed new tires. The service guy gave me a quote for tires and after hearing the quotes told him I'd get them elsewhere he hung up on me. Never stated that my car needed additional service nor did he try to set up a future appointment to get those issues taken care of after I said no to their tire quotes. I saved money on my brand new tires and didn't get them from the over priced dealer for tires that are supposed to last 50,000 miles but barely made it to 36,000 miles. And not one mention of the recall my car has too. Needless to say after 5 years of buying multiple cars here and serviced here I won't be back. More

Very satisfied with Chapman's service department I've been taking my 2011 Chrysler 300C to Chapman for all its maintenance, tires, etc since I purchased the car and have been very happy with the ser I've been taking my 2011 Chrysler 300C to Chapman for all its maintenance, tires, etc since I purchased the car and have been very happy with the service department. They are organized in their processing of the cars and get the customers on their way in a minimum amount of time. They also provide shuttle transportation for those who have to leave their cars overnight which is very helpful. I also like the print out they provide at the end of each service that shows me what has been checked, work completed, etc. More

Great place for a used car, very helpful service reps. I came in as a first-time buyer just a few days ago. Being slightly older than your typical first timer (31, but hey, better late than never), I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. I knew I was looking for a used car, and I didn't want to spend a ton of money since I'm on a relatively tight budget. I checked out some vehicles online and found that most of the used inventory was with Chapman, so I headed over to see what kind of deal I could get. The first visit was to the main office on Auto Shwo Drive, and it was alright, but the sales person was pushy and a little rude. I ended up leaving without a purchase that day, and kept an eye on the Valley Automall site to see if anything new caught my eye. A few weeks later I ended up coming back for a used car I thought I wanted to try out. Instead of the main office, I went to the used car lot they use for overflow parking down on Warm Springs. I wasn't sure if they had a separate sales center in there, but thankfully they did. I met an older gentleman named Dan, and he proved to be immensely helpful. After not really feeling the car I was initially looking at (a Kia Rio), Dan and the store supervisor really busted their backs trying to help me get a car I would enjoy. They suggested a Hyundai Santa Fe, and I loved it. They got me a very good price on it, far lower than I was expecting to pay for something so nice, and I am proud to say I left feeling overjoyed at my experience there. If you're looking for a used car and want to talk to someone who will do his best to help, I can't recommend Dan highly enough. He's a true gentleman and a great guy. More
