I was very impressed with the whole experience of getting the failed battery in my one year old Saturn replaced. On my initial phone call, a Saturday morning, I was told to come in as soon as I could. When the failed battery in my one year old Saturn replaced. On my initial phone call, a Saturday morning, I was told to come in as soon as I could. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by the same person I had talked to on the phone. He was very curtious and understood exactly what my problem was and told me it would be about 45 minutes to have it fixed. The waiting room was spacious and very pleasant with complementary fresh popcorn, coffee, sweet rolls and local newspapers. In almost exactly 45 minutes I was told by Jefferey that my car was ready. He had replaced the battery with a new one on warranty. All I had to do was sign the service document at the cashier's window. A very pleasant experience. Thanks alot!! More

Everything about Chapman is great except the requirement for 250 words in this survey. I suggest you change that requirement. More

My 2007 Chevy Colbalt was being recalled to have something done to its fuel pump. Upon arrival Jeff was anxious to help the next person, which happened to be me. He explained to me what would be done to my car, which is often not done, but rather dealers just perform their services and then I pay. Jeff also gave me a personal phone call to let me know my car was ready. In the past I have had either an automated call or not call, so this also gave me positve feelings towards Chapman. When I arrived to pick up my car Jeff took more time out of his day to come up and inform me that in about a month and a half my car was going to have another recall. He then gave me his card and told me just to bring it in and they would definitely find time. Overall, the experience was very positive and Jeff was one of the friendliest, genuine people I have met a car dealership. More
