Normally we deal with Pattie but on that day she was off. She is very responsive and communicates well, she follows up with our issues and actually makes you believe she cares. Great place to work with, I have bought cars and trucks both, using a variety of sales folk and so far not a problem, I hate pushey dealerships and sales, generally I will walk away rather then listen to garbage.This dealership makes buying and having your vehicle serviced painless. I used to take my car into another dealership for service and it seamed that more often than not, I had some unresolved issue with my car when going to pick it up from them. Not with you guys,...my car was and it seamed that more often than not, I had some unresolved issue with my car when going to pick it up from them. Not with you guys,...my car was purring like a kitten when I picked it up. It was happy and so was I! Another thing that I absolutely loved and appreciated is the fact that you guys cleaned my car not only on the outside, but the inside as well (vacuuming). The other place only washed the outside. Thank you so much, that little extra went a long way with me!! :o) More
Everthing was excellent are customer service advisor was the best.He was very helpful and completed the job with the speed of a rocket. The only thing holding this service center back is price. You can't keep your dealership going by xxxxxx the public at the service center. The GM time and labor book needs to be rewritten. Other than that 5 stars up for service 10 stars down for price. More

Fast, efficient and my car was ready when they said it would! Great experience. Dropped it off after hours on a Sunday evening, they called first thing in the morning stated car would be ready in one week would! Great experience. Patty is always willing to review what service we have had in the past and not duplicate routine service. She thinks of things and always asks me if I feel we need to look at items ie: tires, brakes, flui had in the past and not duplicate routine service. I have worked w/Patti in the past on another vehicle. She is an asset to Chapman's she is always friendly, informative and calls with updates.
