Kevin Mooney lived up to his promises. I just came from Jiffy Lube and I had a blinker bulb out. Jiffy Lube could not replace the burnt out bulb so I stopped by Chapman. I talked to Kevin and he said they Jiffy Lube and I had a blinker bulb out. Jiffy Lube could not replace the burnt out bulb so I stopped by Chapman. My only suggestion would be to ensure that the rental cars/rental car company that you use (Enterprise) offers decent rental cars. The one that I was provided was awful.
