I recently took my Buick Enclave into Chapman Chevrolet service drive. I was having a problem with my dome light and it was the nearest GM store I could find. Having recently moved here from Chicago, I don't really know my way around yet. I was greeted by John Borchard and he could not have been any more helpful! He listened to my problem and got involved immediatly. He explained that he was not a service writer but an acessory sales person. He took me over and introduced me to Eric Erskine and explained my concerns. Eric knew what to do and took care of my problem within 30 min. What a pleasure dealing with people who are willing to help and know what they are doing. I truley feel that I have found a home for my car. Thank you Chapman Chevrolet! More
Knowledge and great customer service is what I receive from Ernest Saldana. He is efficient and gets things done in a timely manner. He realized an additional problem with my vehicle and had it taken care from Ernest Saldana. He is efficient and gets things done in a timely manner. Ernest and the service man spent extra time with me to get my blue tooth working, when it was not their problem. Work done just as requested and the Pickup was extra clean when I got it back. I have come to Chapman Chevrolet for certain and specific reasons for a number of years. John borchard is one of the main reasons. John has mastered the art of service. I have been to numerous dealerships and have found that the quality of all around service cannot be found anywhere that John Borchard isn't. He is personable and very professional. John goes out of his way and sets his personal life aside even after hours to ensure his customers get the satisfaction they deserve. John has on numerous occasions personally delivered the car out of service just to help us save the trip. He is a family man at heart and those qualities carry to the customer as John accommodates everyone as he would his own family. I cannot say enough good things about John and I hope Chapman Chevrolet realizes what an amazing asset they have to their business. I will always take my car to John wherever he goes. I must have several "special" items on my trucks as I am handicapped. I "found" John at Chapman and what a find he was. I can not possibly tell you how important he has become to my family. We keep returning to Chapman for all my families automotive needs largely because of this incrediable man. ( I just yesterday purchased my NINTH vehicle from Chapman.)Inventive, resouseful, maticulious, patient, and just plain incrediable only begin to describe John. What he does is the perfect complement to the sales department. They sell the vehicle but John CUSTOMIZES the purchase to that individual. Ehe finished product is no longer "this model" it is instead "MY" truck, or car. I do not want to ignor all the other services at Chapman; sales and service departments make dealing with Chapman a pleasure. I have been a Chapman client for over 30 years (I think). Because of John and all the sales personnel and the service line, my family and all my friends will continue to return to the best dealership in the Vally, Chapman!! More

I bought my Chevy Traverse on March/April 2009 at your dealership. Dave Verrone was very cordial and he listened to my conditions for a purchase and he did all he could to come up with a proposal that wou dealership. The whole purchasing deal was very friendly and pleasant. Although I live 150 miles away from your dealership and service center I make a point of getting any problems and service done by your team which I consider very professional and willing to get a satisfied customer. First Patti Vantine has always over the past 5 years been an outstanding service rep. I really enjoy how I am treated promptly and if any thing needs to be done it is brought to my attention. Your waiting room is great with the good popcorn and now WI-FY which is idea for my laptop and the short wait time. I am glad that I bought my 2008 Impala there because I feel part of the Chapman Family. With my GM Service Policy I know that I will get the best treatment at the least cost. I drive 22 miles from Mesa one way to get my service and mantainence work done at your dealership so that should tell you something about my high ratings. Brian Dailey More
