Ernest set me up with an appointment fast, gave me great service and had a great attitude. Dave and Ernest went above and beyond good Customer Service to help me in a difficut situation. Steve Snyder also went above and beyond by doing as I requested by delivering my car back to the dealers Service to help me in a difficut situation. Jim has always taken good care of me everytime that I have visited the service dept. I feel that Jim has always been honest in his dealings and if he has made a mistake on a qoute he has always fixed th have visited the service dept. I was in an auto accident and the insurance company recommended 3 places for repair. I chose this facility mostly because it was a dealership and am glad I did. The service was great and they deliver recommended 3 places for repair. I chose this facility mostly because it was a dealership and am glad I did. The service was great and they delivered on what was promised. They made it easy to get a rental car and a simple process to go through insurance (which can be a nightmare!). Great experience and I will recommend this dealership to friends and family!!! More
I bought a new Camaro at Chapman about 4 weeks ago and took it back to have the windows tinted. John Borcher (I'm not sure of the spelling of his last name), took very good care of me. The only issue I have as of now with the car, the right side head light is out of balance and I have been told by the service dept. in the past that it's a problem that cant be fixed. I have never been in any accident nor has anything fallen on the head lamp. I feel Its the manufacturer's defect. could you shed some light on this ? One, trust that everything is done correctly; two, all records of maintenance in one location & piece of mind that if anything is not done correctly, Chapman would stand behind their Service Department.
