As always I found the srvice to be excellant!! I have returned here year after year because of the service I receive from John Borchard and Eric Erskine. For sales I always have used Gus Hove and found h returned here year after year because of the service I receive from John Borchard and Eric Erskine. For sales I always have used Gus Hove and found him to be knowledgable and honest. I will continue to return to Chapman and will encourage my friends to do the same. In fact I am putting an ad in our Rancher's Roundup, serving the 25,000 + homes of the Dobson Ranch, expressing the feelings I have about Chapman and encouraging all of our residents to follow suit. I have named these three gentlemen by name an encouraging people who read the Roundup to employ them as "their team" just as I have. More
I get the absolute BEST treatment from Kevin every time I have my Vette in for service. He is NOT in sales, but when I'm ready for a new Vette, I'll be getting it at Chapmans due to the service and attitude have my Vette in for service. He is NOT in sales, but when I'm ready for a new Vette, I'll be getting it at Chapmans due to the service and attitude Kevin has shown me. Service care is what sells new cars and so many dealerships just 'don't get it'. More
Jeff was very helpfully and explained all my concerns I had. This is the first time buying a Truck/Car from Chapman, which I bought many Trucks/Cars in the pasted from other dealer ships that had poor serv had. After taking my truck in for repair, my truck has been running rough and now it is making a rubbing noise at the front side of the engine area. I went in for a rear transmission seal replacement and was t running rough and now it is making a rubbing noise at the front side of the engine area. I went in for a rear transmission seal replacement and was told the truck had 3 different issues which, after me telling them that is not the problem and them going back to "recheck" then finding that those were not actually the problem. I was told not to worry about my tranmisson leak because it was normal, but after I provided pictures of where it was leaking and how bad the leak actually was they figured out it was the issue. I am not pleased with the fact that I only had 1 issue with my truck before taking it in and now there are several new issues that started after I got my truck back. I feel as though I have been taking advantage of as a customer and would not reccommend anyone this service site. More
Upon entering the "Quick Lube" building for my scheduled appointment at 9:00am on 5/3/10, the gentleman working behind the counter asked if he could help me. I then presented to him the email I printed confirming my oil change appointment for 9am. He looked it over,seemingly annoyed, saying that there was NO WAY it was going to be done in 30 minutes as it stated in the email confirming my appointment. Granted, there were other people waiting in the waiting room area...but, to me, it doesn't make any sense to schedule an appointment with this dealership if I come in for my scheduled appointment and I seem more like an annoyance to the man working than a valued customer. My 9am oil change appointment was over at 11am! Absolutely ridiculous. Again, what is the point of making these appointments on line? Also, when I received my "Know Your Vehicle" report, there were recommendations of work needed that came to approximately $400. You know, if anyone would have come and talked to me in the 2 hours I was waiting about what other repairs were needed beyond the oil change I came in for, I probably would have had the entire repair done at that time. But I was never given that opportunity since I was just left wondering what was going on and why my oil change was taking 2 hours. It was a really bad experience, and left me wondering why I didn't go to the Isuzu dealership in Scottsdale that had always treated me very well. More
We have purchased over $100,000 worth of vehicles from Chapman in the last year, so needless to say, we will come back and buy more from Bill Taggart. On the down side... one of our cars that was in for Chapman in the last year, so needless to say, we will come back and buy more from Bill Taggart. On the down side... one of our cars that was in for service had the splash panel (underside of front bumper) pulled down with a piece of car wash fabric still stuck in it. That should have been caught before delivering the vehicle. On the good side, your lot guy (wish I could remember his name) handled and fixed the problem much faster than I ever imagined. That's service! Jeff also handled our rental car request before we even had time to ask him about one. Thanks for a great experience as always Ps. Thoroughbred Chevrolet is one mile from our office and we still buy and service our cars at Chapman. More
When I called to have my car serviced, Douglas was friendly and seemed to really want to help me. He asked me what time would be good for ME, and that it would only take about and hour, hour and half friendly and seemed to really want to help me. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was greeted right away, with a smile and handshake! He asked me a few questions about my car and directed me where to go, since I was going to wait. My car was ready within the hour, I was happy. Douglas is the one I want to talk to, he made me feel comfortable, was very professional and funny. I liked that. Eric was GREAT!! He kept me informed about my car repair every half hour. He was curtious & showed a genuion concern for my repair & making sure that I was doing ok. I had a front strut that was leaking on my 2007 HHR, and my mileage was a bit over what my warranty covers .Jeff Talbot helped me out and got the repair coverd under the warranty, even though i thought it w my mileage was a bit over what my warranty covers .Jeff Talbot helped me out and got the repair coverd under the warranty, even though i thought it wouldn't happen. I had to get a new clutch system put on my 2010 Camaro. Erik took care of everything and called me to inform me of what they were doing and when it will be ready. Everything turned out great.
