Our 2002 Corvette broke down at a mall nearby. Chapman arranged for towing, service and rental car pick-up quickly and effectively showing great customer service. The towing company used - Speedy Towing - also was fantastic - handling a very difficult loading in tight circumstances in a mall parking lot. Great job all around! More

Very fast service, very friendly and my problem was resolved. I don't know the quality of the work, but what didn't work when I came in is now working. It was warrantee work, so price isn't a factor. Why does this have to be 250 words or more when just a few will suffice? I almost didn't fill out the survey at allw when I found out this field had to be at least 250 characters, in which case you won't get the information you're looking for (the rating). Why don't you reconsider making this field optional. What you need is the rating. More
I have 2007 Malibu SS and I was on my way to pick up my daughter from work In Scottsdale. I was still in Tempe when my engine light came on and my car started idling kind of fast and hard. I slowly drove it up to Chapman's service department (where I have had my car service since Bill Heard closed) Jeff meet me when I pulled into the service area. He took my key and let me know that I could wait in the customer lounge. Then he came in a awhile later to let me know it might be a minor issue. But would be back to let me know. When Jeff game back the second time he let me know that the fuel injector had failed and two of them had to be replace but my car was still under warrenty. I then explain to Jeff that I needed to get my daughter back and forworth to work and also that she is due with her second baby. So I needed a car. Jeff asked if I could stay around a bit longer and he would see what he could do. We had only been sitting there about 15 minutes when Jeff came back to me to let me know they had a car for me to drive while my car was being service. Then to add to that, Jeff called the next day to let me know it was all the injector that had shorted out and it was going to be a bit longer and that they also had of out of town people stopping in for service (since it was the weekend) and asked it was ok if I could wait till Monday for my car. I said sure no problem. THanks for calling and letting me know. THat is what I called super customer service. On Monday Jeff called to let me know that my car was done but it was too close to closing time so if I just come in the morning would be just fine. I thanked Jeff again for his consideration and told him I would be by in the morning. Chapman Cheverlot is a great dealership and service department has always friendly and glad to help me. But I have to say Jeff Talbot is the best guy in the service department. More
ON 5-24-2009, I BROUGHT MY 2009 CHEVROLET PICK-UP INTO YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND WAS GREETED BY MR ERSKINE RIGHT AWAY. MR ERSKINE EVALUATED MY PROBLEM,HAD A SERVICE MECHANIC CHECK THE PROBLEM, AND ORDE YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND WAS GREETED BY MR ERSKINE RIGHT AWAY. MR ERSKINE EVALUATED MY PROBLEM,HAD A SERVICE MECHANIC CHECK THE PROBLEM, AND ORDERED THE NECESSARY PARTS. MR ERSKINE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ME TO DROP OFF MY TRUCK THE NEXT MORNING FOR REPAIRS. MR ERSKINE WAS VERY HELPFUL,AND COURTIOUS TOWARDS ME. HE APPEARED TO GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT MY VEHICLE PROBLEM WAS ADDRESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I had a pleasant experience and my problem was solved when promised. There was a vibration in the front end of my car and the Service Advisor was able to spot the problem right away, and then did an addi when promised. Terrific staff, very clean wait areas. They took care of the truck (and me while I waited) with utmost care and speed. The wash guys took a long time to finish up my truck, but once I got in I realized the truck (and me while I waited) with utmost care and speed. The wash guys took a long time to finish up my truck, but once I got in I realized why... it was VERY buggy from the trip in (I live in New Mexico and am here in Phoenix on business). They took the time to get them all off the front end, windshield, and roof instead of slopping it out because the service manager was calling wondering where the truck was. They should have took the time to let him know why it was taking so long, he would have been less frustrated, and we both would have known. More
