From the moment I contacted Gus Hove (salesman who sold us the truck) to the time I picked it up, the service was excellent. Kevin Mooney was pleasant and very accommodating. The service was scheduled at a convenient time for me and I was given a rental car since it was to be a 3-4 hour project and I live a ways from the dealership. This allowed me to accomplish some errands while my truck was being serviced rather than waiting at the dealership the whole time. And what a nice perk to have a clean truck when I picked it up! Every person I saw while there met me with a smile and seemed so friendly. I hope this is the same type of experience every person receives when having work done there. As of this time, I don't seem to have any further issues with the original problem. Cece West More
Eric was very helpful in explaining the problems on my car. However, aside from Eric's good service, I am quite upset about the repairs needed on a $60,000.00 car with only 10400 miles on it! It seems GM would be a little more selective on the manufacturer they choose to supply the parts for their vehicles. I have purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership and have refered 3 others. I've always been treated superbly by the sales and service staff. However, I must say, the quality of the vehicle needs to be improved or a massive price adjustment needs to be made!! More

Won the Transformer makeover contest. My 1980 Camaro was there for nine months. It has runs and cracks in the paint. Rt Door panel fell off while Steve Snyder was at my house delivering the car. Lt door pan there for nine months. It has runs and cracks in the paint. Rt Door panel fell off while Steve Snyder was at my house delivering the car. Lt door panel has been sliced with a razor. Windshield wipers not put back on left on dash. Asked to have door gasket and weather strip on windows. When vehicle delivered he then told me the weather strip did not come in the kit. Not sure if gasket is there or not. Someone decided to paint the chrome trim black,it is already chipping in places.Fender bolts missing. Right front tire rubs fender well when turning the wheel. Had to take off fender flare. Front grill different and paint is chipping off. Right headlight is sitting back causing a gap. I provided the chrome pieces for headlights and turn signals,when installing the screws were put in sideways cracking them in places. Back window trim missing. Steve told me it was never there. Pictures I have of vehicle being loaded shows the back window with trim in tact.He then told me it must have blown off on the way. It was not loose.Hood not aligned. My vehicle was hit while at the body shop. Asked Steve to provide me with information on where it was hit and what needed to be repaired. Never received. Never received a final Repair Order from body shop listing what exactly was done to my vehicle. I think I should have received that upon delivery. When I did call Steve regarding these issues he did not seem to concerned about them. I guess winning your contest was not that big of a deal to your body shop. More

The service at Chapman is always excellent. My warranty work was done on time and everything was explained prior to my pick up of the vehicle. All the work was done properly and quickly. The problem for which I brought my vehicle (2009 Chevy HHR) into the Service Department was not fixed. I called and left voicemail messages for both the Service Manager and my Service Consultant; neither HHR) into the Service Department was not fixed. I called pattie for an appointment for Saturday at 0700. She indicated that it may take one hour to one hour and a half depending if they wash my vehicle. When I arrived for appointment my vehicle wasn't scheduled for 0700. The appointment took one hour and forty miniutes and the vehicle wasn't washed. My appointment was a maintenace two. It may be first come first served but it would of been nice to know. I had to ask the representative twice how long it would take since it wasn't scheduled. He didn't answer the first time than I had to state one hour two hours etc until he responed I can't guarantee one hour and it depends on if the vehicle is to be washed. Than he stated one hour and twenty miniutes. More

Syed was wonderful to work with in purchasing our 2010 Equinox. He knew we did not want to hang out for hours and respected our time.
