Patti has been my service rep for over 5 years and always treats me as if I was the only customer. We had a new battery installed, futher inspection called for replacement of a raditor cap and flush service. treats me as if I was the only customer. All of this was done in 2 hours while we waited in the customer lounge enjoying the pospcorn, Wifi on my laptop, cold bottle of water, and reading the Wall Street Journal. Douge was VERY attentave to our needs! He made sure we had a rental waiting for us when we arrived.
