Went in on June 29th for a window repair was treated with great hospitality. The service was quick and efficient and every person from the cashier to the technician was kind and courteous. Jeff was outstanding. He has a great attitude and notified me of the work needed and completion promptly. The work was performed correctly and quickly. All the staff that I worked with were friendl notified me of the work needed and completion promptly. The work was performed correctly and quickly. All the staff that I worked with were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Overall the experience was great. I've been a Chapman customer for over a decade (whether in sales or service) and will continue coming back as long as they continue to provide this level of service. The price of the work could have been cheaper but I'm willing to pay dealership rates for quality work. More

Customer Service at Chapman was great the team responded quickly and effectively. Quality of work was marked as good only as this was a repeat of a prior fix to correct work that was not completed. I was pretty disappointed with my visit. I had a piece break (the interior)on my new car. A new part was ordered, I got the call to come down. I waited 30 min. to find out they couldnt find the part order break (the interior)on my new car. A new part was ordered, I got the call to come down. I waited 30 min. to find out they couldnt find the part ordered. When they finally located the piece it was scratched up and no one (recieving dept.) bothered to tell Kevin. So during my visit a new piece had to be ordered, now I am going to have to make a 2nd trip to the dealership. Wasn't expecting to make another trip. Wasn't very impressed and I don't think Kevin was either. Kevin was very friendly and said he would make it right the next time I was in. More
I always get my oil changed with you guys since I get to use my VIP card and get a great price on the oil change. Always the service is great the people are freindly and all. This Saturday I went and the wo use my VIP card and get a great price on the oil change. Always the service is great the people are freindly and all. This Saturday I went and the worker that worked at the counter was so very rude. First usually they walk out to me at my car well this guy didnt he just sat inside after a few minutes I finally went inside he said hes busy he will get to me when he is done. So I get off and about 15-20 minutes later he comes and gets my information. I am sitting waiting for my car to get done well I notice he is rude to everyone. One lady left he was so rude another went outside to sit cuase he was not happy with the service this guy gave. Well when it was time to pay he didnt put my VIP price and when I told him I get the VIP price he huffed and was like well your going to have wait a minute. So I waited and he changed it. Usually when I go the person at the counter tells me what needs to be changed and if I would like to have anything done today. I didnt get that at all. So finally after I get my car back I walk outside to get in the car and the guy that went outside is still sitting and is very upset and says he cant believe the service that the guy is giving. There were not a lot of happy people on Saturday at the oil change department. More
Ernest was very helpful and friendly. This is warranty work at the very end of our bumper to bumper time frame. So it was important to get these issues addressed.
