Came away very impressed with service rep Eric, and in general the friendliness of all the reps I saw. Eric could not have been better. My suburban was filthy when it arrived and it unexpectedly came back impeccably clean when I picked it up. Whoever cleaned it went the extra mile because it would have required some extra scrubbing. Little things like this make a difference. I have had nothing but positive experiences with your department and generally I am quite leary of service departments. Keep up the outstanding work!!! More

Every time I go into Chapman's service dept. I am greeted with a friendly smile and quick service. My car's battery was leaking and the mechanics diagnosed the problem quickly and reviewed my warranty to det with a friendly smile and quick service. The mechanics were not sure so they took the time to contact the financial dept. and determined that a new battery was covered under my warranty plan, so I did not have to pay anything at all for the repair. So far my car has been running smoothly! Thanks I really appreciate your hard work. More

My concern is that there wasn't a loaner vehicle for me so I was car less all 4th of July weekend. And when I got my car back I drove to work 20 miles and it started getting hot again. On the drive home after 1 mile I had to pull over because it was all the way on hot I called Patty she arranged Enterprise for me and I had it towed back to you. Now it seems to have a heater coil issue ($1100.00 which I don't have that kind of money)and I'm wondering if that is because it wasn't fixed right in the first place. Other than that Patty is great the cashier is great and so were the van drivers Sincerely Debbie Neibergall the owner of a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo. More

Eric went above and beyond for my vehicle as he as in the past. I know there are several Chevy dealerships closer to my house, but I won't take my truck to anyone except Chapman. I came in on 6/23/10 for an oil change and to make sure the car was ready for a road trip. Ken Schultz noticed the tires. Two needed to be replaced and two were okay to put in the rear location. I decided to replace all four tires, as well as have the transmission fluid flushed. The other work was also performed and made the car road ready. I noticed a major difference in my car after the work was done. It was a good investment now that the car has 110,000 miles! I hope to still be driving this car for at least another 50,000 miles. Kevin really helps keep me up to speed on the work that needs to be done as well as providing the 'Know Your Vehicle/Fitness Inspection & Treatment Plan'.
