This was a very good experiance at Chapman. I needed two visits to take care of a gauge cluster problem. The first visit I was in and out in 5 minutes. On the second visit to instal the unit I was out in 40 visits to take care of a gauge cluster problem. The first visit I was in and out in 5 minutes. I received a coupon in the mail for a free oil change at Chapman Chevrolet. When I took my car in, the fellas were extremely friendly and helpful. work was completed on schedule and car looked so shiny and new, i was'nt sure it was mine! I pushed my vehicle a year ago and it was found to have unsafe rims. I spoke with Chase and then Marty and they worked together in making my vehicle safe and I couldn't thank them enough! I am extremely disappointed, I went to the service department about a month ago and sat there for 5 minutes, front of the line, and watched cars and trucks behind me get taken back while nobody even s department about a month ago and sat there for 5 minutes, front of the line, and watched cars and trucks behind me get taken back while nobody even said hello to me until finally a young lady asked me if i had been helped and i told her i hadn't even been greeted. the person that finally came to help me wasn't very friendly. the warranty on my gm certified hhr had just expired 400 miles prior and maybe if some options had been discussed with me on what i can do to not have to pay $1,000 that day i would be willing to come back. one complaint is that my key chain beeper only works half of the time, i was charged for your employees to test it. the test was not necessary. i already knew what was wrong with it and your representative didn't listen and just had the test performed anyways which still cost me money that i do not have. NEVER will I go back to your dealership. not to get a new car, not to get mine fixed, i'm even going to go out of my way and drive to a dealership that is further away to get that key chain beeper replaced because chapman is the last place i want to go. also, it shouldn't cost $270 to take 1/8 of gas out of my car and replace it with 5 gallons. that is ridiculous and i don't appreciate your company trying to rob me like that. More

We re-arranged our busy Saturday evening plans, ate a quick dinner, and rushed to get out to the dealer. When we got there they gave us the song and dance that we owed too much on our trade and they were way way off on numbers. If they would have told us this on the phone, I would have been ok and probably gone back. They have lost us for good. Nice work slime! More

He was extremely instrumental in the success of my truck's drive train being acquired, installed, tested, and signed off on. Tenacious is but one word to describe Shon. He spent 2 days searching junk yards for a "no longer made" bracket for some radiator to transmission lines and he didn't give up until he had the part installed. He also saved me hundreds of dollars on a new radiator option that was not only cheaper but much more efficient. His over seeing the work on my truck kept techs working, parts arriving on time and insured the truck completion on time without problems. If you want the best in Chevrolet service and support call Chapman Chevrolet and ask for Shon Reynolds. I do not work for Chapman and have no affiliation with them. I just a very happy customer. More

Came away very impressed with service rep Eric, and in general the friendliness of all the reps I saw. Eric could not have been better. My suburban was filthy when it arrived and it unexpectedly came back impeccably clean when I picked it up. Whoever cleaned it went the extra mile because it would have required some extra scrubbing. Little things like this make a difference. I have had nothing but positive experiences with your department and generally I am quite leary of service departments. Keep up the outstanding work!!! More
