I think Patti does a great job but the car is still having problems starting even after all I had done.I cannot afford to bring it in again as I have no warranty and I am on social security so I will c having problems starting even after all I had done.I cannot afford to bring it in again as I have no warranty and I am on social security so I will continue to put up with it.I still like the dealership and continue to recommend them to other people. xxxx Poor Communication, lots of buck passing, less than honest answers to my questions. We had our Pontaic Montana serviced at Chapmans. My key fob was not working. They fixed it. They worked on the rear hatch, which sometimes did not shut correctly. It works fine now. We had a suspension fob was not working. They fixed it. They worked on the rear hatch, which sometimes did not shut correctly. It works fine now. We had a suspension problem appearing on the dash message board. They checked the stability trac and did some replacement and now it is fine. They topped it off with their world class inspection and filled the washer fluid which was low. We go to Eric Erskine, service consultant whenever we have a car problem. He listens and makes sure everything is done to our satisfaction. Chapman employees are very good to their customers! More

This is the third time I have brought a company vehicle to Steve at Chapman and he is great to work with, he has incredible follow through the whole process. I would bring a vehicle back there just for St to Steve at Chapman and he is great to work with, he has incredible follow through the whole process. I would bring a vehicle back there just for Steve's customer service but the body work has been great and the prices are always within reason. More
I know I can trust Chapman to do it's best to fix the problem and be honest about the nature of the problem and the cost to fix it. If an error is made by Chapman in any of these areas they are up front problem and be honest about the nature of the problem and the cost to fix it. Gus, the Fleet Manager, took excellent care of me during the purchase of my new 2010 Silverado, and made sure I was taken care of to get the after market additions on my truck with Eric in the Service Dept. the purchase of my new 2010 Silverado, and made sure I was taken care of to get the after market additions on my truck with Eric in the Service Dept. Eric handled everything well and got me in and out without any problems. Also Josh in Finance took great care of me in the Finance Dept and kept me informed with regards to which financial institution would be servicing my loan. This purchase was my 7th one from Chapmans. Also Patti in the Service Dept is my regular Service Advisor and she always takes great care of me when I am in for service with my vehicle. Thank you to all mentioned for taking great care of your customers!!! More
