I camen in because I had lost my keys to my 2001 Chevy Tahoe. I called at least 2 1/2 hours prior to coming to set up an appointment to ensure timely service. I spoke to Douglas Bonkowski. The outragous cost for me to get 2 keys made and an alarm clicker was unbelievable. What I was quoted on the phone and what I ended up paying was quite a difference. My total bill for the service was $205.25. Quote" that's not alot of money it could be worse, chevrolet has to make its money" The overall attitude from the service consultant was by far not a good experience. He was not only patronizing but had a very nonchalant attitude when I asked questions on the price quote versus the final cost. He then advised me that service had also noticed a drip and that I may need a new water pump. Quote" so you want to just add that to the bill it will be another $1000.00, you got that don't you". The overall nerve to assume whether or not the money would be available let alone no additional information was given in regards to the water pump. My overall expierence was not a good one. My family has been purchasing vehicles and getting service from them since 1978. As a second generation customer I was very disappointed. I also worked for GMAC for over 4 years. I would in the future not recommend anyone to your dealership especially for service and I plan to take my vehicle to another service shop if I do in deed need to have my water pump replaced. More

I think Patti does a great job but the car is still having problems starting even after all I had done.I cannot afford to bring it in again as I have no warranty and I am on social security so I will c having problems starting even after all I had done.I cannot afford to bring it in again as I have no warranty and I am on social security so I will continue to put up with it.I still like the dealership and continue to recommend them to other people. xxxx Poor Communication, lots of buck passing, less than honest answers to my questions. We had our Pontaic Montana serviced at Chapmans. My key fob was not working. They fixed it. They worked on the rear hatch, which sometimes did not shut correctly. It works fine now. We had a suspension fob was not working. They fixed it. They worked on the rear hatch, which sometimes did not shut correctly. It works fine now. We had a suspension problem appearing on the dash message board. They checked the stability trac and did some replacement and now it is fine. They topped it off with their world class inspection and filled the washer fluid which was low. We go to Eric Erskine, service consultant whenever we have a car problem. He listens and makes sure everything is done to our satisfaction. Chapman employees are very good to their customers! More

This is the third time I have brought a company vehicle to Steve at Chapman and he is great to work with, he has incredible follow through the whole process. I would bring a vehicle back there just for St to Steve at Chapman and he is great to work with, he has incredible follow through the whole process. I would bring a vehicle back there just for Steve's customer service but the body work has been great and the prices are always within reason. More
I know I can trust Chapman to do it's best to fix the problem and be honest about the nature of the problem and the cost to fix it. If an error is made by Chapman in any of these areas they are up front problem and be honest about the nature of the problem and the cost to fix it.
