How lazy can you possibly be, Chapman? I came into Chapman Chevrolet at 3:00pm today to return my 2015 Malibu LTZ lease, which expires today, January 19th. Upon entering, I was told that th I came into Chapman Chevrolet at 3:00pm today to return my 2015 Malibu LTZ lease, which expires today, January 19th. Upon entering, I was told that they could not help me until Monday because “they just changed systems”, but that I could come back Monday. When I stated my lease expires today, they said they could take my car but couldn’t process it until Monday. So I drove 6 miles down the road to Freeway Chevrolet, and the inventory manager promptly helped me and got me my odometer disclosure within 15 minutes. I don’t expect good customer service at a car dealership. However, I do expect an employee to do the job their paid to do, even if it’s 3pm on a Friday. Chapman Chevrolet certainly will not be my dealership of choice to lease my next GM vehicle. More

A 2013 Chevy cruze we bought it they kept it a detailed it an gave us a loader car was very exciting!!! Alittle bit of bad news 4 days after we drove it the check engine light came on we brought it right back an they had the minor issues fixed an gave us a loaner car for the time being, really helped us an our family, with us working an son in school. I was super nervous about our car 5 days an check engine light but it was an easy fix they got right it an we now have our beautiful Chevy. CURTIS EWING did everything he could to make us happy an comfortable he is one of the best sales an customer service.
