We had spoken to Ike over the phone to have the car on hold. We arrived later, The car was pulled upfront. We went over the car and tested drove it. Car looked good except the fact it has damaged on the right passenger side. Looks like someone ran into a cart or maybe got side swiped. While waiting for them to process the application, another sales person came into the office and grabbed the keys. I watched in shock that someone else was going to test drive it. I brought my concerns to Ike, whom could give a xxxx. He told me not to worry about it because we have the right to the car. I feel this is poor customer service and disrespectful. Then following the payment plan we met with the finance guy Sam. He had us start signing the paperwork for the car. He then told us he would call us tomorrow to advise us our interest rate and monthly amount. We stopped signing the paperwork at this time. He had advised that he would get us approved with the down payment of 1000.00 and monthly amounts of 200 per month. We decided to leave without taking the liberty of the car and not completing the paperwork. We wanted to know the numbers of what we are signing and not giving our money away to wait for a week for it to be refunded back. Today, which is the following day we were told we needed to put 1300 or 2300. What I don’t understand is that they told us over and over again that they would not require more money down, nor would that monthly change to 260 per month. Also we wanted a warranty for the car and all these new amounts did not include that warranty. Lastly spoke with Jim, whom is now stating 3000 is now required to be put down. This car is 5994. So 16 inquires later, no deal and no car. So I would like to say that they push the customers to sign the paperwork for the car and take it home. Then they will call you and advise you that more money is required for a down payment and the monthly payment is now higher. Also now that warranty is no longer able to be financed. I would like to say we should have left when they let others test drive the car as we waited for the application to be processed. Terrible customer service as we had to be the ones to call back today to see what the outcome was for the car. So xxxx IKE, SAM AND JIM. We should of listened to our friend who said you did him wrong. More

Horrific to say the least BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Went in to buy an SUV, worked a descent deal brought it home to my wife as a surprise mother's day present. A few repair issues we're needed so two days later we brought it down to them and they gave us a rental car. Called me yesterday to tell me it was ready, showed up and they said your good to go! They had the car for over two weeks and didn't fix the electrical issues with the DVD players, then told me the wireless charger isn't even an option with this car so i don't know what to tell you. The guy who sold me the car was there! Even confronted the Sales manager about fixing these SMALL ISSUES or making it right. The sales manager stated he didn't care what the salesperson told me it was up to me to verify everything that the car did or didn't have..... Hello I'm going to car dealership, a supposedly reputable one to be guided by their staff not to be taken advantage of. Their "bumper to bumper" warranty that they offer you at the end for almost 4k doesn't even help you if it's electrical issues, AC issues, etc. I asked several times to speak to a GM which I was denied!!!!! Complete Fraudulent Scam Artist Car Lot should be their name, not Chapman Chevrolet. What a way to turn a mother's day present into horrible experience all the way around. More
Chevy paint peels! Buyer beware! You should do your homework prior to purchasing a Chevrolet, or any GM product, at this time. I purchased a brand new Chevy Silverado from Chapman. In less than 5 years the paint starting peeling on the roof and the paint has worn through on the door handle as well. Both GM and Chapman Chevrolet have refused to provide any assistance at all. GM has a sad history of paint issues, Google “GM paint peeling” and you will see what I am referring to. I own 3 GM vehicles and have been a loyal customer for years. At this point, I would never purchase another GM product. More
