Eric Erskine always takes fantastic care of me and when Eric isn't there Kevin Mooney is always there for me with exceptional service! I drove in for a recall on my Silverado. On September 3rd I took my vehicle in for a brake inspection,a general inspection and approved an oil change. Advisor Bonkows called and left a message asking if I wanted to approve a front end alig inspection,a general inspection and approved an oil change. Advisor Bonkows called and left a message asking if I wanted to approve a front end alignment. I called back and said "No". When I picked up the vehicle the alignment had been completed without my approval. I am not happy with these tactics. I feel I paid for over $60.00 of unathorized service. I called to speak with the advisor that afternoon and left another message in his voice mail to call me about the service. No one has returned my call. warranty repair was great - we didn't expect such a quick resolution. However, not all the work was done. we asked for a trip check of tires & hoses but that wasn't done at all. I bought a 2010 HHR. I had several people calling me it was really confusing and I had to make several calls to Dan Landers and left voice which he didn' return my calls most of the time. I had to make several trips to the dealership which cost time and gas. Zenon Jusko the saleman was the only one I can give an excellent rating. He was the only one that anwseer all my call or called me back. Also there was big stain in the back carpet and they tried to wash it out and then tried to steam it out and finally Zenon ordered a new one which I got in 2 days. I bought my 2007 HHR from Chapman and at that I got good sservice,but won't being buying another car there. I notice there were not any of the same employees that were there 3years ago when bought my 2007. More

My wife near the dealership took the car right in after hearing this knocking on the passenger side after turning the car off. I had this happen that moring for the first time also. Patti worked my wife right in and made the repairs on the air inlet actuator while she waited in a shorter time than promised with a car wash to boot. We have a GM Service contract with a$100 dollar deductible. Becausee we are also on Preferred Owner Program it cost us less than $100. This is why we are very pleased. More

Len was excellent! My visit was unplanned, yet he made sure the work was done the same day and made arrangements for a rental car for me so I could get to work.
