I have continued to take my vehicle to Chapman Chevrolet for any repair major or minor because of the service I have received from Chapman specificially Jeff. We had a very bad experience with Brown & Brown Chevrolet and were very concerned about going to another dealership for service. However, we heard some nice things about the service dept. at Chapman and deci and were very concerned about going to another dealership for service. However, we heard some nice things about the service dept. at Chapman and decided to try it. Ernest offered to stay later than he normally does just to be there when I brought my car in. He was very friendly and instilled confidence right away. The car was ready the next day and the problems were fixed. We had been trying for months to get them identified and fixed and only Chapman Chev. was able to do it. Thank you for having such a great service department and such a great service agent who took care of our car. We will be back for our regular maintainance. More
I was going to call or send this anyway..Just wanted to say, even though I had a bad experience last time-partly Chapman, but mostly where I bought my Isuzu from Big 2 Toyota where warranty was purchased & say, even though I had a bad experience last time-partly Chapman, but mostly where I bought my Isuzu from Big 2 Toyota where warranty was purchased & have to deal with them first before service with my Isuzu 2002 because they (toyota) don't service my car...Mr Saldana stepped up to the plate for me this time, got my car serviced and fixed in a short time frame, and talked to Big 2 Toyota to have the $100 deductible taken off, as my service was an emergency and could be driven to them first as required...I would like to recommend Ernest Saldana to the next level of his trade, as he in this case deserves to be....please consider his knowledge and customer service....thank you Don Blowers More
I had a great experience as I always do. I bought my vehicle from Champman Chevrolet & I have taken it no where else for service. The Service Department has improved year after year & I would take my v vehicle from Champman Chevrolet & I have taken it no where else for service. The Service Department has improved year after year & I would take my vehicle no where else to be serviced. Shon Reynolds moving to Chapman is certainly a plus. More
I took my car in to Chapman Chevrolet because of noises in the front of the car when I would hit a bump in the road. The service tech drove the car and checked to see what the problem could be and found th in the front of the car when I would hit a bump in the road. Being in the service industry myself, it is sometimes difficult to deal with individuals and their demanding needs! Chapman Chevrolet has always been very professional from the first time I dealt with them back in 2004. This professionalism is still present today! Service was good as usual. Have not had any problems at all with Chapman. Have been dealing with them off & on for over 40 years. Purch a number of autos at Baseline location and have had a lot of service/ all with Chapman. Have been dealing with them off & on for over 40 years. "Overall experience" is lower because I had asked to have my air filter changed (came in for LOF and warranty work)- it hadn't been done in a while and I've been getting awful gas mileage. The service advise my air filter changed (came in for LOF and warranty work)- it hadn't been done in a while and I've been getting awful gas mileage. The service adviser wrote it down, but there was no indication on the final paperwork that it was checked OR changed, and my gas mileage is still terrible. Previous gas mileage was over 400 miles/tank. At present, I'm lucky to get 350. (2008 Chevy Uplander) More
