I had an excellent experience with everyone there. I was having trouble qwith my 2007 Uplander and Patty Valentine in the service department was fabulous. Patty referred me to Vicki Methe to buy a new truck and she explained everything about the truck and once we purchased the truck she made sure that we knew how to use the onstar, along with a recap of everything that was on the truck. It was very nice to have the vehicle taken care of by your staff. I feel they helped to keep my car going and safe. I had to return my car twice before I was satisfied with the work. That took time, the need for another car, leaving my car for several days both times. The work was just OK when it was finished. Doug has always kept me informed on the status before, during and after maintenance and repairs to my work truck. He understands that I basically live out of my truck. I had called in to inquire if the vehicle I had recently purchased at a small car dealer had work done for a recall that Chevrolet had issued. Eric had looked up the vehicle information and let me know that purchased at a small car dealer had work done for a recall that Chevrolet had issued. Eric had looked up the vehicle information and let me know that the recommended work had not been reported as complete. I was able to get in later that same day to have the kit installed. During the visit I had asked if possible to have the technicians complete an inspection of the vehicle just to make sure everything was up to par ~ Eric advised that he had already asked the technician to provide the service. I was also very pleased to find out that this was at done at no charge. Thank you! More
Their were a couple of frustrations. The first was depending on the courtesy shuttle. The 8:30a shuttle arrived at 8:50a. at 8:45 I arranged for other transportation because I would already be late fo depending on the courtesy shuttle. The other issue is leaving with an unresolved issue because it can't be replicated. I understand it, but it is no less frustrating to spend money on nothing. I do want to make note that I mentioned we'd had an identical issue about a year ago that turned out to be a faulty actuator. Ernest assured me that if that was the case, 1/2 the dash would be affected. I took that to mean it wouldn't be investigated, although 1/2 the dash wasn't affected the last time, or at least not in a way that we could tell. So a) I hope the hot air was a glitch & b) if not I really hope it doesn't come back to be an actuator. More
I have been dealing with Jeff since I got my car about 4 years ago. He's always been friendly, and the work get done quickly. Once the service center on Scottsdale and McDowell closed I wasn't sure I'd be a years ago. He's always been friendly, and the work get done quickly. I looked at the Chevy site, and there he was. I called him and he got me in right away. I will always bring my car to Jeff. More
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and as always have been very happy with both sales and service. The service department is great and has always managed to complete any and dealership and as always have been very happy with both sales and service. Any issues i may have had have always been resolved in a very professional and timely manner as well. I would reccomen this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and for service as well. More
