Chapman and in particular, Pattie Vantine, is always a pleasure to work with. They always get me in and on my way quickly. The service work is always done quickly and correctly. I have a warranty but I still had to pay $50 so that is why my price rating was just OK. More
Ernest Saldana has taken very good care of my 2010 camaro. everytime I have a problem he will make sure that everything is taken care of. I have taken my vehicles for service at Chapman Chevy-Isuzu ever since I purchased them. In all my interactions with the service personnel at the dealership, nobody has tried to 'sell' me on any un Chevy-Isuzu ever since I purchased them. In all my interactions with the service personnel at the dealership, nobody has tried to 'sell' me on any unnecessary work. I brought my Equinox in for an oil change and waited close to an hour and a half for it to be completed. A lady in a gray Equinox arrived about a half hour after I did for an oil change only and got her close to an hour and a half for it to be completed. A lady in a gray Equinox arrived about a half hour after I did for an oil change only and got her vehicle back about 20 minutes ahead of me. The customer service guy Bob was very apologetic about the wait and was very friendly. I am always happy with Chapman, I just thought this was a very long time to wait for an oil change. More
We had only an oil change done to the diesel . We must return next week to get other problems solved. They are ordering a new kick panel, getting a price on fixing the bed wiring, and fixing the auxiliar return next week to get other problems solved. They are ordering a new kick panel, getting a price on fixing the bed wiring, and fixing the auxiliary power plug that is dead. They will call when the kick panel comes in to the shop. More
My experience with Chapman was wonderful. The only problem that I had was the fact that it took almost 6 weeks to repair my 04 Isuzu Rodeo. At first the sales person was nice and helpful.....we began the process to finance the vehicle and I decided that maybe I should still look around since this was the only place I had been too....the sale began the process to finance the vehicle and I decided that maybe I should still look around since this was the only place I had been too....the sales man then began to get pushy and brought the finance man over and then he was very rude and insistant that it was the only deal I was going to be able to get....overall my experience was horrible with these people. Our experience with the dealership has almost always been positive. there was an incident where the oil cap was left off of the vehicle but... The transmission fluid was only given as 12@4.00 or something like that. I had to assume that it was a charge per liter or quart (I guess). More
I don't want to go anywhere else for my car service. I live in east Mesa and the drive is worth it. My last experience was once again great. When I went to clear my bill the credit could not be found. I don't understand why you would tell him that and never follow through. I would have talked with you before I left, but was told you were out to lunch and I had already waited 6-hour for my service. A gentlemen offered to take me home, but I declined and at that time I didn't want to wait for your return. In your questionare you asked if we would recommend anyone to you for service. We most certainly did. His name was Art Candelaria and he had major service work on his car. He was very pleased as we were for recommending you.
