Hi, I was in on Thurs for an Alignment. I had to Hi, I was in on Thurs for an Alignment. I had to work Fri & Sat, when I was driving to work on Friday morning, I noticed the vehicle still pulled Hi, I was in on Thurs for an Alignment. I had to work Fri & Sat, when I was driving to work on Friday morning, I noticed the vehicle still pulled a bit to the side. How do I know when it needs to be re-checked? Also, I ALWAYS bring my car to you for oil changes. I usually leave it, as I can do other things instead of sit in the waiting room - I ALWAYS ask that you lock my car when you park it out front, when you are done with it. As USUAL I returned and my car was NOT LOCKED.........I'm not sure why this request is so hard, I do realize that once you park cars that you are done with, you are not watching them. I would believe that you do not leave anyone's keys in their cars.........so why is it so hard to lock the car when you are done, do the employees not lock their own cars when they are parked outside? This visit there was a new guy there, with dark hair & a goatee, sorry I dont remember his name - either he is still in the process of being trained, maybe having an off day, or seems to have low customer service/interaction skills that the usual people have (there use to be a very friendly guy who worked the counter & seemed to know the business-I hope he still works there). He had a hard time processing (as if I was speaking a different language) my request to lock the car. When i returned, he was telling me that I do not get a copy of the specs for the alignment job that was just completed - He was informed differently when he inquired with someone else. More

I had a stage 1 turbo upgrade kit installed at this dealership. Their price was the best I could find and I had to drive over 100 miles to get the job done at this dealership, but I am very happy I di dealership. Jeff kept me informed every step of the process as I waited for the work to be done. The work was done in a timely fashion, and Jeff even put off his lunch break to take care of me and get me on the road. The install was performed perfectly and the results are amazing. And I have his card and was reassured to call him with any problems whatsoever and he would take care of me asap. I have no doubts he will do just that. I am completely satisfied as a customer. More
From my first phone call to Len to the pulling away with a clean car, the service was the best. Len was very attentive at first call, called back when he said he would, welcomed me by name when I pulled up a clean car, the service was the best. The waiting area was well stocked with lots of different choices of drinks and snacks while waiting. I enjoy waiting at Chapman's for this reason. TV is available, daily newspapers, and great snacks. It was a pleasant wait. The gentleman who replenished and straightened the room was also very friendly. He made sure everyone had what they wanted while waiting. Lastly, my reason for the visit was to get two new tires. Chapman's was below the cost of a discount tire store and included washing my car which I greatly appreciate. The VIP perks don't hurt either. Complete lube job for $9.99 will bring me back again and next visit, I already have $25 dollars off. Thanks for all the little things you do. They really mean a lot to customers. More

The service was really great and everyone was friendly and genuinely seemed to want to give good service. The only negative I would say is the free wash job left something to be desired. Instead of offering solutions he insisted on being argumentative and did not do a thing to help the matter get resolved. This is not the case. The problem resolution was horrible. Will not recommend this dealership for anything!!! More
