My husband and I had gone to two different Chevy dealerships the same day prior to coming to Chapman. Thouroughbred Chevrolet let us walk off of their parking lot without a new car for $250! All we were aking was for $250 more on our trade-in and we would have driven off with a new car. They wished us good luck on our endeavors of finding a better deal then what they were offering us. Next we went to Brown and Brown Chevrolet. The salesman was nice but the dealership did not have any cars we were interested in. The two "new" cars they showed us that matched what we were looking for already had 3,000+ miles on them-not interested! We ended up at Chapman as a fluke. My dad took his car to the quick lube that same day and found that it was closed. Duane met my dad outside and asked him if he could be of any assistance. My dad told him that he was just in for the lube service since he had spotted an oil leak but found that the department was closed. My dad mentioned to Duane that I was out shopping around for an Impala at that moment and Duane told me dad to invite me to come over and meet with him and that he would do the best he could to top any other dealerships offers. Needless to say, we ended up meeting Duane that night. Duane made the whole deal headache and hassle free. We told him what we were interested in and the experiences we had had that same morning and afternoon. Duane pointed us to the car we were looking for and met our request for our trade in. We did not have to go back and forth from a sales person to a manager all night long. Duane made a couple of phone calls and handled it all himself. As soon as the deal was determined he walked us over to meet with Dan Landers. We flew through the paperwork and drove off as happy customers and car owners. I cannot rave enough about the customer service we received from both Duane and Dan. They are both very nice, professional, courteous, and friendly. I had a few questions come up the following couple of days and Duane made sure to get me the answer I needed or connect me to the right people. I hope Duane and Dan receive the recognition they deserve for a job well done! More
The service was reasonable in price and the people were friendly. I liked the girl at the cashier desk, but I don't know her name. Also, there was free coffee and treats to pass the time. I was involved in a hit and run.... I was NOT the ONE that RAN.... Allstate was wonderful........... as usual. Offered me options for repair. Since I've owned my SUV, I've always trusted leaving it that RAN.... Allstate was wonderful........... as usual. Offered me options for repair. Since I've owned my SUV, I've always trusted leaving it in Chapman's hands. My SUV is my only vehicle. I need to make sure that it's in tip top shape, 24/7.... 365 days a year... Workmanship I've experienced at Chapman has always been "great quality" and "customer service is exemplary". Congratulations on 'BOTH'. Many companies are now implementing the "Disney Model".... I don't know what model you operate under but... it's user friendly and the customer service is exceptional. I love it. As long as I can "afford" Chapman, I will return. I have scratches on the rear latch caused by my teenage son closing the garage door... while I was taking groceries into my kitchen, via the garage.. and the SUV rear window/doow was propped open.... Nonetheless... you guys are great and I love Steve's "no nonesense" manner. Fits my life and workstyle. Gracias!! Dolores Retana More
Guys are very friendly and have always done what was asked in the service department. They seem to do a thorough job and at the end, they advise if additional work needs to be done. We asked about any coupons as we have been bringing the vehicles here for a couple of years. They just say we can get them on the website, but we haven't found them. But, we will continue to be a customer at Chapman because my husband is very fond of Chevrolets. His 1999 truck was totaled a couple of years ago, and we were in the process of buying a new house, so another vehicle was out of the question. When we did decide we needed to get another car, we felt it would be wiser to buy something used. His big regret-we didn't go look at the trucks! His day will come again. More

This was my first service visit to Chapmans and I was very impressed with your waiting area. It is very gracious for the drinks, popcorn, rolls and etc. The gentleman who was taking care of the area wa very impressed with your waiting area. The customer service was AWESOME. Len made me feel like a person, not a number. Everything was explained in detail and there was no pressure to get things I didn't want or need. The waiting room was way beyond what any other car dealership or shop provides. Every employee smiled & said hello. Some even stopped & asked if I needed anything. Glynn has worked on my car before & I've never had an issue with his work. Jeff, my old service manager, even stopped by to say hi. My Car & I are VERY HAPPY!! We'll be back again!! Trust & Confidence, you don't find that anywhere today like you do at Chapman! Thank You Chapman!! More
My battery had died. It is a GM battery and was under warranty. I used to work up north so I took my vehicle to a dealer on Camelback. Since I changed jobs my drive takes me right passed Chapman everyday warranty. I used to work up north so I took my vehicle to a dealer on Camelback. Since I changed jobs my drive takes me right passed Chapman everyday. How convenient. As a matter of fact, I live just a few miles from Champan. I appreciated how Len Got me in and out so I could get to work and miss as little time as possible. He gave me maintence recommendations and was not pushy at all about any of it. Now I like that! Everything seemed to go OK with the purchase, but it was stressful....as every major purchase is. I am only waiting now on a replacement hub-cap for my right rear tire, as the one on the vehicle is broke stressful....as every major purchase is. I came in to get my driver side window fixed. Had report from Saturn detailing problem but you refused to fix what they said was wrong. Your "fix" lasted four days. My window now does not work again. First I wasted my time going to Saturn thinking they could fix it--keep in mind I called ahead to ask about fixing the window and they neglected to tell me they would be unable to fix it. Then I took time out of my workday to take the car to Chapman only so they could jerry-rig it for a few days. I would like to thank all folks/brands associated with GMAC for wasting my time. More
